    Great Hotel, poor staffing

    Very nice hotel and room. Breakfast was above expectations. Room gorgeous. The downside: There was a knock at the door at 1:30 am. We didn't answer. Then a phone call from the front desk stating someone complained of cigarette smoke in the hotel and they were calling to see if it was us. REALLY disappointed. And no, it was not us. None of us smoke. I wake up early to talk to front desk personnel about this to find him sleeping in the lounge area. I got my coffee and begin to walk away as he misses a call at the front desk. Later I approached him and yes, the same guy that woke us up at 1:30 am. So is it hotel policy to call every room to find out who is smoking in their room? Impressed with hotel, not impressed with staffing.

    Nice Hotel

    I was impressed with the staff at this location, they took care of my issue quickly and effortlessly so I could be as refreshed as possible for a business meeting the next morning.

    I would recommend this location for anyone staying in the Mt. Laurel area. Clean and decently located.
