Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Great Escape I want to start by thanking the manager again for accommodating us through a minor setback with our dog. The staff was very understanding and flexible. The activities on the property are almost like a mini-resort. The pool, gym, basketball court, and pet trail make every moment at Staybridge Suites fun. The proximity to Mount Laurel park is great too, for anyone wishing to see more of the great outdoors. I will recommend Staybridge to friends, and I look forward to staying here again. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Home away from home One of the nicer hotels in Mt. Laurel that we stayed in recent years. All the common areas and the suite were clean and well maintained. They upgraded us to a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite on our first visit. Breakfast was better than most and the food at the evening social good. Cookies on the front desk in the evening were a nice touch. Staff was professional, yet friendly and efficient. Radhi who handles the front desk even remembered our name from our previous visit. We will definitely stay there again. Just wish the room rate was a little lower but then again you get what you pay for. October 28, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Reasonable rates and as expected room Room was large and comfortable. I was right over the main entrance so it was relatively noisy and bright lights outside. Room was fairly clean but carpets a bit dirty. Staff wasn't very friendly on check in and didn't recognize IHG platinum status. I did request 2 beds and only got one. October 24, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very clean. and great employees Great place to stay and very comfortable. The employess were awesome to my wife and I.We are looking forward to returning to Staybridge very soon. October 23, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 2 bedroom suite---A REAL BARGAIN! I thought the 2 bedroom suite - was set up beautifully---lots of room and easy to share with another couple. Great price! Also---participants of a wedding had ample time/places to party some more after the reception at the hotel. Thank you for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! October 16, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent all around value. Well situated. Friendly staff. If you are looking for a comfort, good value, a nice staff and surroundings-located within a short driving distance of everything you would need- then this is the place for you. All the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen. We stayed twice in the past 2 weeks after our granddaughter was born and the pleasant experience was consistent both times. The breakfast spread is most generous and tasty. The evening socials from Tue. through Thursday night were an added bonus. Our spacious suites were cleaned timely and the quality measured up to my wife's high standards! I want to give special praise and recognition to the front desk staff, especially Andrew and Ian. Ian in particular, was always so kind, efficient and helpful to us. He even remembered to congratulate us on the birth of our granddaughter. He is a true asset to your staff. We will definitely be back soon! September 25, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good location for Philadelphia The hotel was good as it accommodated all the family and friend for a family wedding. The staff assisted and ensured our stay was stress free and the rooms were clean and serviced daily. The facilities of the pool and sports area were good as it meant it was a place to relax and get some exercise. The breakfast was varied and it set you up for the day. It provided a healthy option as well as an indulgent full works breakfast. September 23, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A great place to stay in Mt Laurel/Philly area My recent stay at this hotel was business related. I've stayed here a number of times and Staybridge in Mt Laurel never fails to impress. I stayed in a one bedroom king suite that was quite comfortable and well maintained. All was in good repair and very comfortable! The complimentary breakfast and evening meals were great, especially as we prepared for or came back from a long day of meetings. Amenities were great, a safe family-friendly environment.Great value for the price, this is my "go to" choice for lodging any time I return to this area. Highly recommend this hotel! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel My stay here was great and the hotel was really nice and clean. Te staff was nice although some of them couldn't tell me when my room would be ready. Check In should be earlier as well. September 7, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by We are regulars here We come to the Mt. Laurel area 2 to 3 times per year. I imagine that we could find another hotel with a family friendly 2 bedroom suite (2 adults, 2 kids). Maybe. But we don't try. We know to expect certain things; 1. A room setup that is comfortable and meets our needs. 2. A friendly staff, including the general manager who we've seen on every visit for quite a while. 3. A reasonable price. Sometimes higher then we like, but not unreasonable. 4. It's a place we feel safe coming to, even late at night. It's also close to many things, including late night fast food and major highways. 5. I like the breakfast, at least most of the time. To me this is the biggest weakness, in that it seems to get a big 'cheaper' each time we come. However, the prep quality has gotten a lot better then it had been. But I'd love to see another hot item (like potatoes), more variety in breakfast meats. And the fruit salad I've enjoyed was gone on this visit. But the waffle makers were there, and there was no 'cinnamon' surprise in the batter or the oatmeal. 6. Internet service works better here then any other hotel I've used. Period. The manager makes this a priority, and it shows. 7. I have an issue with Staybridge - we stay mainly on weekends, and it would be nice if at least on Friday night to see a little early evening snack out as is done Monday to Thursday. This is also a social issue. 8. Special requests are handled. For me, that means no feather pillows. 9. Nice (LG flat panel) TVs, with several high def channels and decent variety for a 2 or 3 night stay. 10. Rooms are in good condition, and quite clean. While we particularly like this Staybridge, we do like the chain; we just find this one the best we've stayed in. August 21, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay near Philly I have stayed at the Homewood Suites before when I stayed near Philadelphia before I found an AD for Staybridge Suites and decided to give it a try. I was impressed before we even arrived when one of the hotel staff called to let me know that there was a problem with the type of room we reserved but they would be moving us to a better room for the same price. When we arrived the staff was very friendly the hotel was very clean and the room was more than I hoped for. Free hot breakfast everyday and dinners week nights. This hotel is right off route 73 so it is close to everything you could need. Forget Homewood Suites I will stay here whenever I am in the Philadelphia area! August 11, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fabulous place to take your family! We had four suites and all four were spotless clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and accommodating anf supplies and refills are generous. Location is great, minutes from Philly and tons of restaurants. I would come back in a heartbeat! August 11, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and plenty of room We rented a two room suite with my daugher and her family. It was quite comfortable. The hotel has an indoor pool that our grandchildren used frequently. It was nice to have when it wasn't nice outside. There was plenty of room outdoors to sit if we wanted some time in the sun. It wasn't too far from the city of Philadelpha but make sure you don't take route 76 into the city. It's very busy. Use 276 instead regardless of what your GPS tells you to do. We went to the zoo, a phyillies game, and the King of Prussia Mall while we were there. Had a great time! August 9, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful staff and comfort I stayed in a two room suite that also had two full bathrooms. When we first opened the door we were quite pleased with our room, it was clean and comfortable. My friend I was staying with along with her grandkid's (and me with my own) , her first words to me were....you did real good!! The price was excellent, we did the Sahara sam's package, which if you took off the retail price of those tickets and figured out what the actual room cost was.....well, WHAT A DEAL!!!!. The hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable about the area surroundings. The pool was a lovely experience ( we utilized this feature to tire out all those kids we had in tow!!). An overall wonderful time, would recommend this hotel without hesitation!! Cant wait to come back next year for my special weekend with my grandkid's!!! August 8, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Expectations met!! I am a recurring guest at several Staybridge Suites. I frequently travel with my family of 6, sometimes even more and ALWAYS look for a Staybridge Suites first. This particular visit we stayed at the Mt. Laurel location. As with all locations i've been to, once again i was presented with a well maintained, clean and organized hotel. I arrived about an hour early before check in time but was allowed to check in nonetheless. The room was layed out perfectly as it was a 2 bedroom suite. It was equipped with the necessary amenities. The only area of opportunity i can honestly say was the bed was a little uncomfortable. Outside of that, breakfast was well stocked, the pool area was quiet and clean, the laundry facilites was free and had enough washers/dryers. All in all i was pleased with my stay here and as a loyal Staybridge customer, Staybridge once again facilitated all the needs of myself and my family. I am travelling in a few weeks and i WILL be looking for a Staybridge Suites at that location. August 4, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by good place to stay Good rooms with full kitchen, great beds, satellite tv. Good free breakfast and social meetings with free food! Can be noisy during the weekend, we had a very noisy friday night with a party going on in the room next to us untill 2 at night... Lots of families with sometimes noisy children, so beware if you can't stand children running down the hallways. Luckily, the rooms are quite soundproof. Had some problems with service during the weekend, although we ordered service during the weekend on arrival. August 3, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Number 1 in my book! We stayed here with a full baseball team. Boys had fun, parents had a blast. Very clean, and very comfortable! Would def. recommend! The free breakfast in the morning is awesome. ONE GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!! August 3, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service beautiful rooms The rooms are beautiful and the service was absolutely great. The only issue was that our air conditioner was not working but as soon as we called someone came right away to try and fix it and when he couldn't they upgraded our room at no charge immediately. I would definitely visit again! July 25, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Review of Staybridge I stay at this hotel most weeks. I really like the staff. They are very polite and professional and do their best to respond quickly to needs. I have a problem with people hanging outside on the side of the building smoking, blocking the entrances. I've reported this and they put a bench on one end of the building for people to use, but they need some no smoking signs or signs telling people not sit on the steps blocking the entrances. It stinks and is trashy, very ghetto looking. I see the same crowd there everyday smoking. I wish there was a better fitness center. July 24, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Room was ok, not as clean as we had hoped for. After staying at a Staybridge Suite in Atlanta, we chose the Mt. Laurel Saybridge Suite for our stay in Philadelphia. We found this hotel to be dirty, noisy, disorganized. We attempted to eat at the breakfast buffet on our first morning, but with children running rampant, touching food, silverware etc, & no staff anywhere , we decided to eat elsewhere & did not return to breakfast buffet for the rest of our stay. Our room was somewhat clean, areas of concern were the headboards in bedroom ( 2 double beds), the rugs throughout. We requested housekeeping upon our arrival Friday evening ....did not happen...on Saturday night after returning from a baseball game, we had to call front desk to get towels for morning showers. Not happy overall, not worth the price...will not return to this site again. Our son had recently received a bone marrow transplant & we chose this pricey hotel with the hopes that it would be clean.Atlanta experience was perfect, Mt Laurel was terrible. July 12, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hidden Gem in Mt. Laurel! I was very fortunate to come across this hotel when looking for a place to stay for 2 weeks while our new house was being completed. I was very impressed with how much room we had in a 2 bedroom suite (2 adults, 2 kids) and how clean the place was. Not to mention the breakfast buffet each morning was outstanding. Location is around plenty of restaurants and a mall so had no problem finding a place to eat when getting tired of making food in the kitchenette. It's also easy to get on/off NJ Turnpike. Staff does a nice job in keeping the rooms straightened up while we were there. The sport court was nice for the kids although always seemed to be occupied by older kids on the weekends. We did not get to use the pool, but nice option to have. Having access to washer/dryer was nice feature too. If I had any recommendations for the hotel, maybe set up a designated smoking area. While not a smoker, too many times we'd trip over smokers sitting on the stoop in way of doors. Was not always easy to get by them in the rain. Other than that, glad we found this place and would book with a Staybridge Suites again in future travels. July 3, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and spacious This hotel was very clean and very spacious. I couldn't believe how much room we had in a two room suite....2 full bathrooms, 2 full bedrooms, and a separate living room with kitchen. It was more room than we needed. Also, the free laundry was the best bonus. And breakfast was great. Also, in a great area if you don't want to stay in yucky Philadelphia. June 10, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfy rooms, nice hotel. We recently stayed at this Mt. Laurel NJ Staybridge Suites for a week as we needed a place to stay in between selling our house and buying a new one. Over all it was good. We were disappointed in the cleaning service and one of the mornings the person didn't show up to serve breakfast so we just had cereal, but we found out later that the server was sick. The front desk did apologize and did give us a credit for these issues. We had stayed at Staybridge in Cinn, OH and found it to be very good. We will continue to be a patron of Staybridge, as it is a good value and nice hotel. June 8, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sad circumstances for visit but safe haven at Staybridge My husband and two grown sons came into town on short notice for my dad's funeral so we were somewhat emotionally fragile during our stay. We rented a suite with two bedrooms and living room which was ideal for our purposes. The suite was wonderful, clean and well laid out. We had a little noise from the people across the hall well past the 8pm noise notices all over (it was around 11pm) but oh well, we were still awake anyway. In general, it was a good hotel environment for us and we slept in quiet circumstances, the water pressure in the showers was terrific, and it was a safe haven for us to go back to at the end of the days after all the family funeral chaos. Several items would have made it an even nicer stay. We don't drink coffee, only tea, and there was no good way to boil water for tea and make a pot of tea. The front desk had no tea kettle we could borrow when we asked and we made do with boiling water in a pot and borrowing a teapot from my brother who lived nearby so we could brew more than one cup at a time. If you try to make tea in the coffeepot supplied in hotel rooms, it always tastes like coffee. Everything was so high quality (sheets, pillows, towels) that it's a shame the tissues and toilet paper are so low quality. A few extra cents for that would be well worth it. (I know this seems petty but using multiple sheets of tissues because they disintegrate with use seems like a waste to me, better to have better quality tissues to begin with and so use less, same for the toilet paper). And for people who like to read in bed, it would be nice to have a brighter light by the bed that could be turned off without having to get out of bed and that had two lights, one on either side of the large king size bed so one person wouldn't keep the other awake. The new LED lights give off very little heat, use very little electricity, and direct the light in a very small area so other people nearby are not as bothered by it. Maybe these new lights will make their way into the Staybridge hotel lighting in the future. Also, there was no safe in the room, so we had to take all our valuables with us when we left which was somewhat problematical for us at the funeral home. Leaving stuff at the front desk wasn't an option since laptops won't fit into those little safety boxes they had at the front desk. That was surprising since so many places now have safes in the rooms. But we appreciated the free wifi available when we were back in the room with the laptops. On the other hand, it was nice to have the iron and ironing board in the room when we got dressed for the funeral. And after my family left with the rental car for the airport to go home earlier than I did, the driver of the hotel van took me to my brother's house nearby right away and was most considerate. Breakfast was unremarkable. It would have been nice to have whole pieces of fresh fruit like bananas, apples, etc. as a choice in addition to the cut up pieces of melon available. The hard boiled eggs were much appreciated. So all in all, it was a good place to stay, we would recommend it to others and we would stay there again. I found the front desk help to be very helpful, more so than many places. They gave thoughtful answers to questions and really tried to solve our problems. May 25, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place in Mt. Laurel to stay! Stayed at a lot of hotels in the area...Staybridge is the best value for your money. Very quiet. Staff was super accommodating and friendly. Loved the feel of the room...just like a mini apartment. Location is great...lots of restaurants within a 1/4 mile. We will be staying here again in the future May 17, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly and accomodating staff. The Staybridge Suites in Mount Laurel, NJ is my favorite place to stay when I commute for work every week. The reception staff is friendly and accomodating, they offer a free breakfast and light dinner that is wonderful, all in a comfortable setting. They will be renovating this fall, so that should take care of my only negative comment. The beds and pillows aren't very comfortable and the sheets have so many fuzz balls on them it feels like sleeping on sand. Not all, but it's hit and miss. Hopefully, the renovation will take care of that problem. May 13, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love it Hotel was great, staff very friendly pool was heated would definitely stay again. Thank you! April 28, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lovely property, beautiful rooms, great amenities Beautiful hotel with a very friendly staff. Rooms were quite lovely, and beds were very comfortable. We had a third floor suite with a wonderful view of the beautiful courtyard. The basketball court was such a fun addition to all of the other amenities. Really very nice!!! April 26, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by roomy suite, liked the little "extras" We came as a family and had the two bedroom suite. It didn't feel crowded like some hotel rooms. I appreciated the free laundry machines. The breakfast was decent #not the very best but better than a lot that we've seen#. The hotel was updated and well cared for. I thought that they could have added a little more to the evening reception #chips, side dish# but it was better than not having it. My kids enjoyed the pool and basketball court. April 26, 2013
