    Overall, this hotel was average. My biggest complaint was the mattress. Even my 19 yr. old complained it was too hard. (And they usually don't notice the things we ol' folks do) The staff wasn't rude, but at 2:30 a.m. I was on the hunt for coffee, or at least cream for the coffee in the room, and the receptionist was not interested in helping at all. (She may not have had the resources, but she didn't say such) The room was clean, and nice. So overall, it was a nice hotel, but I left feeling like I wish I had tried a different one for the price.

    FRENCH QUARTER STAY

    The Hotel is in a great location close to the French Quarter but not in the Hustle & bustle and so makes for a great retreat. It is also walking distance to Bourbon street, close to the Harrah's Casino (where they have a great daily buffet at a good price) and the outlet shopping mall (with good bargains)
    Room was very comfortable, clean and the bed heavenly.
    Staff were very nice and always willing to help.
