Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Seriously? I expect a little more being a Platinum IHG member. When I checked in I asked if there were any platinum upgrades to a room with a King bed. The answer was they were sold out. Really? When I returned back to the hotel from dinner around 10pm the parking lot was barely half full. When I left the hotel early to go to work around 530am, there were the same amount of vehicles in the parking area. I think the upgrade opportunity for platinum members really stinks. I stayed for 4 nights and found a large bug in the room on the 4th night. Not sure if they have a problem or not.....since it was only one bug and I was on the fourth floor. Who knows. I told the front desk when I checked out. Never received a phone call or email from management. If I find out from other co-workers that there are bugs at this location we will promptly remove this hotel from our company preference. October 17, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome Extended Stay Awesome customer service!! The hospitality provided from everyone was exceptional!! Big thanks to Chris(Customer service Manager), Michael, Danny, the rest of the front desk agents as well as the housekeeping staff ( who were phenomenal) made my stay comfortable and peaceful. It was more like a home away from home feeling being that I was there for a little more than three months for a work assignment. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!!! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Tough to beat this place Have stayed here for work on numerous occasions. Dan and Chris have especially been helpful. This Staybridge offers laundry facilities at no charge (you supply detergent and dryer sheets). The washers and dryers are in a nicely equipped workout room (for a hotel). An additional feature that I appreciate is that they have grills for your use. USA Today newspaper is plentiful, and coworkers have taken advantage of the to-go bags for breakfast. They do have evening meals (T-Th) and breakfast every day. They've had moments with their cleaning like any hotel, but it's been a very rare occurrence and the rooms are clean. Good beds, you'll get a decent night's sleep. It's a good location, just off I-95 and close to Christiana Mall. September 15, 2014

The room smelled like smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room and was a bit dated. The bathtub looked dirty from wear. The staff was friendly, I just wish the rooms had been truly non-smoking and updated. September 15, 2014

We appreciated the hotel's policy regarding light housekeeping, invitation to just place wastebasket outside door when we didn't feel need for service. We appreciated the response of office staff when we cancelled several days of what would have been extended stay because contractor's schedule changed. Only suggestion we have would be light fixture in the bath/shower/toilet area, for a night light. Sink and vanity were in open area off the bedroom. September 15, 2014
