Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Family Suite Took the kids out visiting colleges - Upenn, PhilaU and UDel, this suite was adequate, comfortable and ideal for this kind of trip. Plenty of room for everyone, nice little kitchen, and tv in both rooms made it homelike. The internet and breakfast put it over the top on my list. November 8, 2014

Good living/working space and tech capabilities for business, and comfortable for leisure/family travelers requiring a suite-like property. Easy commuter access and useful local merchant community: cheap gas, good retail (for travel - not a destination retail experience), and excellent dining options within a few miles. The night desk attendant made us feel as if he was a relative inviting us into his home! The room was large and spacious , I should have brought the kids!So many free amenities! I could not believe how good breakfast was! Wherever I go on my next trip I will look to a Staybridge first!!!!! October 20, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Seriously? I expect a little more being a Platinum IHG member. When I checked in I asked if there were any platinum upgrades to a room with a King bed. The answer was they were sold out. Really? When I returned back to the hotel from dinner around 10pm the parking lot was barely half full. When I left the hotel early to go to work around 530am, there were the same amount of vehicles in the parking area. I think the upgrade opportunity for platinum members really stinks. I stayed for 4 nights and found a large bug in the room on the 4th night. Not sure if they have a problem or not.....since it was only one bug and I was on the fourth floor. Who knows. I told the front desk when I checked out. Never received a phone call or email from management. If I find out from other co-workers that there are bugs at this location we will promptly remove this hotel from our company preference. October 17, 2014
