Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyable stay The staff was very helpful and good humored. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast and dinners were also good and all of my co-workers enjoyed our stay. Lastly my bed was great. I slept very well and was ready for the next day. If I ever get to this part of the country again, I'll certainly stay at your motel/hotel. September 23, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place to Stay !!! Was headed down south for a family vacation became very tired and pulled over to rest ended up at the Staybridge and was Completely Satisfied. In morning enjoyed breakfast stop a worker in the hallway to ask about late check out and to my surprise is was a Manager. She was very kind and allowed me to stay after such a late notice. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by As long as you dont talk to managment you are fine. The managment at this hotel is the worst!!! You get better service at other brand hotels!!! Managment does not have the guest in mind. They do not treat you like a guest, instead treat you as a number. I have stayed at this hotel and I didnt have any issues before, however this time when i had to speak to managment. The managment was rude and cockey. They should not be in the hospitality industry. You probably would get better service at an hourly hotel. August 27, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant room at a reasonable price We stayed at Staybridge Suites for one night on our way home from a vacation in North Carolina. The room was a suite with a king bed and a sleeper sofa. It included a range top in addition to refrigerator, microwave and sink. Everything was clean and in good repair. The price with AAA membership was reasonable for a weekend night near a large city. The complementary breakfast was excellent. August 21, 2013

Free laundry machines and internet/business center was an unexpected bonus. I was there 2 weeks and I highly recommend this hotel. July 5, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Helpful This hotel took me in when I was having a very difficult time. The hotel my company had put me at prior to this was filthy, and my patience and sanity were taxed. The staff helped me out in every way, made sure I was settled comfortably, and always checked up on me. The facility was very clean and service was top notch. The rest of my long stay in Delaware was quite pleasant thanks to this hotel and their staff. My one and only complaint for someone staying long term, such as myself, is that there are not enough washers and dryers, but the ones they do have are brand new. March 25, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Welcoming and very accommodating This was our first stay at this hotel. I was promptly greeted by Ron and made to feel special as a priority reward member. The lounge area was warm and inviting with the fireplace going. Our room was spacious with every amenity you could want or need...ex full kitchen, dvd player and even a pkg of popcorn.Cheri was attentive and helpful with any request we had. We had a great time during our visit and that was due mainly to being able to relax in the hotel room when we got back. January 22, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great location off I-95 and stay for a business trip Good stay for a business trip, I was there for 2 nights this month while in Newark, DE on business. Arrived late and desk clerk was great, he was new and admitted he wasn't sure he was remembering everything (he only forgot my priority club snack), the next day the desk cleck provided it to me. The room was clean, although they forgot to tidy up the next day. Thank goodness I'm not a messy person even though I did leave the dirty towels on the floor, only to return to find them still there and the bed not made. When I brought it to the attention of Michael at the front desk he apologized and provided courtsey Holiday Inn points. My room was a king suite with an area to sit and watch TV. The breakfast was fantastic, many choices, fresh cooked eggs, fruit and cereal. Hotel is convenient to many restaurants in driving distance. If I am in the area again, I will definitely stay there again, love the comforts of home away from home. December 22, 2012
