My Customer Service at this Hotel was Great all of the Staff are very friendly and Helpfull And I would really like to especially Thank Saiqua Ferdous who helped me a unique problem which improved my stay greatly.
The only issue I have with this Property is the Internet which is Extremely slow even on the weekends when the occupancy rate is much lower midweek when the hotel is very full it is almost un useable it is so slow. I do alot of work from my room so the internet speed is a big deal.

Where do I begin?! This place is new, clean and comfy. The bed has an amazing comforter and pillows and the living room has a great couch. The apartment-sized kitchen has plenty of dishes and cookware, a microwave, fridge, freezer, 2-burner stove and a free bag of popcorn! These rooms are more like brand new college apartments than a hotel room. The free breakfast is amazing! I only had cereal and fruit, but the eggs actually looked fresh and delicious. I only stayed for one night so I didn't get to use the indoor pool or fitness center. I also noticed a really nice patio and grill outside. I highly recommend staying here. The only reason the location is a "con" is because I don't know why I would ever travel to North Brunswick for pleasure. But it's right on Route 1 South, so it's easy to get to. Don't forget to sign up for IHG rewards to get your free snack or soda!

The staff here is exceptional!!!
They helped in every way to make sure everything was right.
Best hotel travel experience I've had for a long time. I took the train into NYC and back for two days and the staff here helped me and made my stay effortless!

Very helpful staff. I arrived very late one night and the AC in the room was giving me trouble. The staff immediately came up and fixed it so I could get to bed.

I would like to comment on a mid-week stay at your North Brunswick, NJ Staybridge location. I stayed at this location for 3 days with my Grandchildren ages 6, 18, 19 and we really enjoyed the facilities. However, upon my check-out I was surprised about the rate I was charged; it was different than what I reserved over the phone. I had a few back and forth choice words with the hotel staff and tried to explain to her that I made these reservations over the phone through the IHG guest services and she asked me for a confirmation number. However, I could not provide a confirmation number because the IHG guest service never sent me my email confirmation; which I requested while making the reservations over the phone. Long story short, I had to call the IHG guest service to request another email confirmation and explain to them that hotel was charging me a different rate and that is when IHG guest services said that they would take care of the situation on my behalf within 48hrs. Well they didn't take of the situation and I found myself calling the hotel back, but this time had a confirmation number and the hotel finally refunded the difference in charges....This hotel has left a very bad impression on me and I doubt I would recommend this hotel to other family members and or visit with them in the near future.

we had the pleasure of staying at the StayBridge in New Brunswick and I will say that it was a sure pleasure. the rooms were great and the management and service could not have been any better. i would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for a great time.
