Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Another stay at the Staybridge In general, the Staybridge is very accommodating and provides a satisfactory "home away from home" experience. This particular stay, however, was not as satisfactory as previous stays. It seemed that there has been a turnover in the staff and possibly focus was lost on the simple (and small but important) particulars that make guests comfortable. For example, towels were limited pool side, dish soap was not available in kitchenette in the room, personal greeting upon check-in was not "typical", and discussed rate was not on invoice (although it was corrected without discussion prior to check out). Overall, the clerk and staff was extremely accommodating, but the small details seem to be a focus of previous staff. Perhaps this is a learning curve. Nonetheless, I will be staying here again and look forward to my return to the Staybridge. I will continue to recommend this facility to friend ans associates traveling in the vicinity. I found out that central reservations did not note this on my reservation. However Sam found me a handicap accessible room for my Aunt ver efficiently and we were checked in within minutes. Because of the amenities and great staff, my husband insisted we come to Staybridge North Brunswick on our last trip when our obligations were farther away. We could/should have stayed a half hour south ...but we traveled more in order to be at this hotel If anything is not working or "perfect" in your room, you can count on immediate help and a solution. It is done promptly and cheerfully. This is not your typical hotel or hotel staff. I believe it is the management and staff that makes the most difference. The facilities are well designed and excellent, too. But that alone would not make this a five star place to stay. November 23, 2014

The room layout, fitness center, pool, and complimentary dinners and breakfast made a combination, business, post-surgery, and family visit stay an excellent experience. My husband and I highly recommend you consider Staybridge Suites. I have stayed at five star and zero star hotels and traveled far and wide. This hotel fits my needs to a T. October 30, 2014
