Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Welcoming Environment I booked this room for my mom who was visiting over the holidays. This is her second stay at the hotel and she was very please. She was warmly greeted by staff, some of whom remembered her from her last visit. Everyone was very helpful and wanted her to have a great stay. She did experience a few problems in her room, but someone was there to quickly help her. Breakfast could be served a bit later during the Christmas holiday. Guests are out late and sleep in the next day. We worked around this by stocking her fridge with some essentials for breakfast. The Studio Suite was perfect for her needs. I'd definitely book this hotel again for her or other visiting family members. December 30, 2013

There are 6 outlets that only work when the kitchen light is on. You can have onions for breakfast, but can't have them for dinner? Who made that rule? December 24, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff! Great Hotel!! I was displaced on Thanksgiving Day due to a flood in my home. The hotel was selected by the insurance company so I had no idea what to expect. I must say.... StayBridge Suites by far exceeded my expectations! Everyone was professional and polite. The hotel is charming and very comfortable. The suite was spacious and well furnished. Complimentary breakfast was a great surprise. Full use of Business Center services which came in handy in my situation. Many other amenities that looked great but I did not have an opportunity to try out.... Would definitely look for other StayBridge Suites in my travels. December 20, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service Not so Great Internet My Customer Service at this Hotel was Great all of the Staff are very friendly and Helpfull And I would really like to especially Thank Saiqua Ferdous who helped me a unique problem which improved my stay greatly. The only issue I have with this Property is the Internet which is Extremely slow even on the weekends when the occupancy rate is much lower midweek when the hotel is very full it is almost un useable it is so slow. I do alot of work from my room so the internet speed is a big deal. December 1, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic Hotel Where do I begin?! This place is new, clean and comfy. The bed has an amazing comforter and pillows and the living room has a great couch. The apartment-sized kitchen has plenty of dishes and cookware, a microwave, fridge, freezer, 2-burner stove and a free bag of popcorn! These rooms are more like brand new college apartments than a hotel room. The free breakfast is amazing! I only had cereal and fruit, but the eggs actually looked fresh and delicious. I only stayed for one night so I didn't get to use the indoor pool or fitness center. I also noticed a really nice patio and grill outside. I highly recommend staying here. The only reason the location is a "con" is because I don't know why I would ever travel to North Brunswick for pleasure. But it's right on Route 1 South, so it's easy to get to. Don't forget to sign up for IHG rewards to get your free snack or soda! October 17, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Just OK! I would like to comment on a mid-week stay at your North Brunswick, NJ Staybridge location. I stayed at this location for 3 days with my Grandchildren ages 6, 18, 19 and we really enjoyed the facilities. However, upon my check-out I was surprised about the rate I was charged; it was different than what I reserved over the phone. I had a few back and forth choice words with the hotel staff and tried to explain to her that I made these reservations over the phone through the IHG guest services and she asked me for a confirmation number. However, I could not provide a confirmation number because the IHG guest service never sent me my email confirmation; which I requested while making the reservations over the phone. Long story short, I had to call the IHG guest service to request another email confirmation and explain to them that hotel was charging me a different rate and that is when IHG guest services said that they would take care of the situation on my behalf within 48hrs. Well they didn't take of the situation and I found myself calling the hotel back, but this time had a confirmation number and the hotel finally refunded the difference in charges....This hotel has left a very bad impression on me and I doubt I would recommend this hotel to other family members and or visit with them in the near future. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for our family of 5. Everyone had a bed and we even had 2 bathrooms! Our kids loved the nice pool and the delicious breakfast buffet. From Management down everyone cares and makes sure that we were happy, clean and well fed. Management and staff tried to be as accommodating as possible to us. We were treated like family. Thank you. Saiqua at the front desk made sure my stay was pleasant. Rarely do you stay at a hotel and even care about the person's name at the front desk. Well, this lady does a good job of making you feel welcome, like you are her only customer. My room was well decorated and VERY CLEAN with a nice kitchenette. Bed and good sheets were comfy and the TV Cable has everything available you would want to watch. I checked out the fitness center for future stays and it is well equiped. Folks were working around the hotel, doing paint touch ups and cleaning midday. Breakfast food, including the coffee is actually very good. They kept the fruit/ melon dish full-Yum!. I didn't expect much for the afternnon social- But this food was really good, too! Salad was fresh and even the dressing was special. Restaurants, CVS and a movie theater are in walking distance. Even the taxi driver recommended by the front desk.. did a great job. I actuallly booked this hotel based on the reviews, so I thought I would pass on the good word to travelors that might need a good place to stay for awhile. July 30, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great overall hotel My wife and I had the chance to stay here over the July 4th weekend. Our stay was excellent and was very comfortable. Upon check in the staff very friendly and helpful. The beds were very good to sleep in. The lobby is very inviting and relaxing to stay in. The full breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Location of hotel on Rt 1 was very accessible to towns in the area and the Turnpike. We are in the travel and tour business so we feel we are choosy about hotel stays, but Staybridge Suites in North Brunswick fits our choice even on personal stays. July 13, 2013

We stayed in one of the only 2 BR suites in the hotel (1 Queen bed, 2 Dbls in the other room) for my daughter's recent Princeton graduation and it was a superb visit. They even provided a crib for our baby son! The room were very nice, the layout was roomy and the amenities were good. The one issue is the distance -- its about 15 mins to the PU exits on Rt 1 -- but given the 2 BR suite, the price and all the restaurants around to eat, its a far better value than the overpriced places, all over Rt 1, near the campus. Got a PU graduation coming up -- book this one 6 mos in advance and you will have cleared on huge major concern with graduation!! June 10, 2013

The hotel is very clean, staff could not be nicer, food is good and varied. Location is convenient. On site free laundry is a plus. The room was kept very clean and it is nicely furnished. Cost was reasonable and a great value for the area. I would highly recommend. May 29, 2013

When I check into other ICH properties, i am recognized as a Platinum Member and receive some sort of extra - upgrade, if available, free drink, coupon for the hotel store, etc. I don't always use them, but seems like something was missing/not communicated here. When I checked in, the staff person was very pleasant, had me spin some wheel and that was it. December 16, 2012
