Most of the staff were beyond wonderful. The desk person at the 7pm shift was no where to be found for 25 + minutes one night. Other than her everyone went above and beyond.
For three nights from when I arrived after 5 pm to almost 8 pm a room full of dogs would bark and bark until owners returned.

Stayed for three nights during a business trip. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The dinner provided Tuesday through Thursday was nice but the beer was icing on the cake.

Upon trying to check out early I was told that I was to be charged for a second night despite checking out at 2:30 pm. I have stayed at numerous IHG hotels and have never been charged for a night I didn't stay. The staff was very rigid in sticking to their policy. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

As a woman traveling alone I appreciated the care they had taken in having my room on 1st floor as requested close to the front desk.. I was immediately treated to snacks and drinks as a priority member. I had traveled over 500 miles and was so delighted with the soup and salad bar they furnished to all guests that evening and I did not have to leave to go for food. The breakfast was great with anything u could possibly want... the room was so nice and large...what a fabulous place to stay. I go to knoxville several times a year and I will definitely be staying there from now on. wonderful staff

My visit to Stay Bridge Suites was the best experience I have ever received. The staffs of Stay Bridge Suites were very customer service oriented and responded to my every request in a timely fashion. I will definitely visit Stay Bridge suites in the near future.

I try to stay at the Staybridge whenever I am in the area. The staff from check in to check out is friendly and helpful. The guy who prepares the meals is so accommodating. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The location is fabulous if you are working at the DOE facilities in Oak Ridge.

It would be helpful to have an ice bucket in each room and an ice machine on every other floor rather than just in the lobby.
The desk staff were particularly friendly and helpful.

This was the frist time I have had yhe opportunity to stay at a Staybridge Suites facility. Prior to my current job I did a lot of traveling while employed with the airlines and stayed at a lot of different chains. My stay was one of the best I've ever had to pleasure of staying at. The room was very large, clean, and comfortable. The management was very helpful to our group and suggested some great local attractions to visit. I will recommend your company to my friends and co-workers when they travel and when traveling for vacation will check to see if a Staybridge Suites facility is available in the future.;

The room was great, the breakfast and the evening socials were very good.
The best part wwas returning to my room to find a note from Christy, the housekeeper, that she had prepared my coffee for the next morning. The last day she left me a note telling me my coffee was prepared and to have a safe trip home.
A great example of great customer service and I hope that the management shares my comments with her

The Staybridge Hotel in Oak Ridge is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Everything about the hotel and the staff was wonderful. If you are going to be in the area I fully recommend staying at this hotel. A+

Overall the hotel is very good but they did not have my reservation on file when I arrived. After a lengthy delay they did provide a room. I understand that this is a somewhat smaller hotel but they only had one staff member working the desk which did not help the process since there were numerous other people waiting to check in also. It would be better if the hotel had two people working the desk during the "peak" check in times.
