Always impressed with the folks that work there. The night of check in, the staff was great at making sure every need was met - even went above and beyond to provide opportunity for my group to have some unwind time in the lobby after a day of travel and meetings.
Plus - can't beat the location. Everywhere I need to be within minutes while in town.

The staff and employees were superior. I have stayed in many hotels, but this one was the greatest. The staff, maids and kitchen employees were superior. The free food was excellent.
I truly recommend this suites.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DMC67 This place is a kennel, not a hotel.
Stayed for 4 nights. Had to switch rooms because of multiple barking dogs in neighboring rooms. Front desk offered to move us to the "no pet zone." Well, barking dogs over there too. I didn't visit this hotel to listen to barking dogs in the room next door, but that's what I got. If you're fine with staying in a kennel, then stay here. Also had to deal with constant stomping from room upstairs. Impossible to rest and relax here. This used to be a great place to stay, but until they change their pet friendly policy, there are going to be a lot of grumpy guests.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sunnie8101 great place to stay
I am giving this hotel a 5 out of 5 on almost everything. It was such a wonderful place. We had such an enjoyable experience at this hotel that we will not be staying anywhere else in the city when we have to spend the night. This hotel thinks of everything. The rooms are fully equipped with everything needed. Was pleasantly surprised to not only find the basic amenities, but the kitchen came fully equipped. There was an added bonus of a DVD player, which was huge help keeping our son happy. We love the fact that they allow pets and even supply door cards to let others know you have a pet in your room. Although I think it would be nicer if one side actually said Arf Arf, instead of both sides saying Meow Meow. As far as breakfast goes, it was okay. There was several items to choose from, but the temperature of most hot items were luke warm at best. Due to breakfast, Home Like Atmosphere gets a 4. I guess for me breakfast at home is just better. The only suggestion I have is maybe to add some yogurt to the buffet. The only true con that I can say is that finding this hotel could be considered a little difficult. Maybe bigger signs would help.

2 Room Suite is great with kids. Able to enjoy vacation and have a place for the kids to hook up their xbox and computers and not have Mom and Dad teling them to quite down and go to sleep when Mom and Dad are tired.
Very comfortable and recommend for any stay in OKC area.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DadofSix Great for a large Family
This location has become our go-to hotel of choice when we travel to the area. The 2 bedroom suites are perfect for accommodating our larger than average family in home-like comfort. The staff goes out of their way to ensure our needs are met and seem genuinely glad to see us return. We have stayed here 4 times in the last year and have yet to have anything but a superb experience.

We understand health codes , but the kitchen staff should never embarrass a guest. My Wife had just had surgery on her back. Unable to balance in shoes, she was in her sock feet. (Her doctor suggested walking in bare feet.)The kitchen staff told her to leave from across the room. The Breakfast area was very busy at the time. We will not be staying at Staybridge Suites ever again. As a devoted priority club member I'm not sure that I'll stay a member.
