I stayed at this facility for the past several weeks waiting for my permanent housing. The staff is awesome, friendly and courteous. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast buffet is offered seven days a week. During the week (Tues/Wed/Thurs) the facility offers a hospitality reception nightly with free beer, soda and finger foods. This helps to combat homesickness and gives you home cooked quality meals. This truly feels like my home away from home.

The front desk service is extremely fortunate to have Michael, however, when staying weekends you don't receive housekeeping services. We returned from a day full of activity to find an unmade bed and no clean towels. Had I known we wouldn't be receiving housekeeping services I would have made the bed myself! After contacting the front desk we received clean towels with an apology. There is a sign on the bathroom counter which explains this but who reads those things? I guess ultimately it might be our fault but we've never experienced this in the past so it may be something new. Like I said, Michael and the others who work the front desk are spectacular in dealing with check ins and special requests. We will definitely stay at this hotel and will have to make my own bed. I just prefer climbing into a made bed at night, just something about that feeling.

Room ready when we arrived. Desk clerk, friendly and helpful. Clean, well appointed room. King suite.
FYI - Full kitchen, does not include oven.
Happy hour was wonderful, staff in attendance were so sweet.
Bedding lush and comfortable.
Sitting area great and included a blue ray player.
Halls were quiet.
Elevators quiet and clean.
Breakfast was fantastic.
Clearly some staff gave up their Thanksgiving morning to make us comfortable - not a word of discouragement - Even as guests arrived a bit late for breakfast.
Fruit, Coffee, Hot Coco, and Tea all day.
Convenient to everything on the City South and City Center.
'Pool and pool area looks nice - however it was November.
Lobby was very inviting with fireplace and comfortable seating.
Small library a bonus.
Would stay again in a flash!.
Thanks everyone !

After lots of research, we decided to stay here instead of a furnished apartment or other hotel while waiting (expected 30-45 days) for our new house to finish being built. We chose Staybridge because it had all the modern conveniences and comforts of home, plus all the service and ammenities of a great hotel. It is also very clean and smells nice.
Price-wise, once we factored in all the meals Staybridge provides (delicious hot breakfast buffet 7 days per week and dinner 3 nights per week); free laundry (5 clean, dependable front load washers and 5 dryers, which we used twice per week and never had to wait for an available unit); wifi/cable/utilities, etc. we actually saved money compared to other hotels or short term apartment, and got *far more* value for our money in terms of ammenities (gym; pool; huge suite size; FULL KITCHEN with breakfast bar; updated decor with granite, flat screen TVs, down pillows, etc.).
Also, the parking lot is very well lit and there are lots of interior security features that helped us feel very safe during our long visit.
I could write chapters about how pleasant, efficient and professional the staff were during our stay. For 42 consecutive nights, we had 100% consistently stellar service from the front desk, housekeeping and dining. One night of service like that is rare; 42 nights of it is unheard of. If we needed extra towels, toilet paper, coffee, bed/linen service, you name it, all we did was ask and had it within MINUTES. Service with a smile. What a treat.
We are already planning our next stay!
Thanks again, Riley, David, Nathan, and all!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by HappyWeStayed Outstanding Service and Great Value
As a frequent business traveller, I stay about 80 nights per year in hotels. In my opinion, this location is top notch. I booked 5 rooms for family members while in town for a wedding. We all thought the entire staff was professional and courteous, while accommodating any request we had. I'd give the staff six stars if I could.
The fire pit near the pool was great for all of us to gather in the evening and relax. Breakfast was good and they offer dinner 3 nights per week. The only minor issue I had was the bed was too hard for my liking, but that's just a personal preference. With family living in the area, I'm sure I will stay at this location on future visits.

I was called out to Oklahoma City for a job that was to last around 6weeks. Due to delays in the project I had to relocate to work on another project, I checked out early from the original booking dates and it cost me an additional $50.00 per night for the week I was there. As a Platinum member of IHG rewards and a business traveler I was shocked that price went up so much and The GM was unwilling to negotiate a reasonable settlement. By doing so they not only lost out on the additional 3 weeks but they will not be on my list of future stays..

The bed was comfortable but we couldn't sleep because the AC was not working. We gave up and left at 3 AM to drive home. Otherwise, the room was nice...

I have stayed at this property several times this year. The staff always goes out of their way to help. On my IHG profile, I request a lower floor and a king bed. This trip I was put on the top floor with 2 double beds. Being 6'3" I don't do well in a double bed. I don't like to complain, but I would think that with my Platinum status, they could help with my request.
