I was very happy with the follow-through of the staff, when I left my jacket and book in the room. Knowing that I was visiting again in 30 days, I had the staff hold my belongings.
On the second day of my return-visit, I was pleasantly surprised by my jacket and book showing up in the room.

Stayed 2 nights over thanksgiving in an executive room. The staff is service minded and accommodating. We felt really taken care of. The hotel is newly refurbished giving it a feeling of brand new. The rooms are large and spacious in bright colours. The offer fast wifi. It is close to all big theme parks in orlando as well as the florida mall. They offer ticket sales and complimentary shuttle service to Universal Orlando. The hotel has both restaurant and bar. Which both are nice with great staff. We were lucky to visit the Elements Bar when Jennifer was working, she was great.
This hotel is a real good one and by far better than some Intercontinental hotels. I highly recommend this hotel for a Orlando visit.

Perfect 5 day business stay. The management of this hotel does an excellent job of keeping the property in beautiful condition. great pool, perfect condition. Very clean and neat, All the staff were gracious, professional and couldn't do enough to make sure everything was right.
Also, the resturant food was excellent along with fantastic service. Suggest the bead pudding for desert.
Great job to all.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel I was glad I had chosen it for this stay. The person in the front desk, the servants at the restaurant, the bartender, guest services and the cleaning staff were very polite and very professional. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Good location,clean room, bed comfortable, plenty of electric plug-ins, quiet room except air conditioner fan way too loud, toilet bowl ran our entire stay, good shower, plenty of clean towels, good toiletries, could not locate shower cap. One excellent concierge (tall, light brown hair), one not so good, Unacceptable to require extra charge for in room Internet at this room price and priority club member. Adequate breakfast, fresh omlets and eggs cooked to order, undercooked bacon, excellent waiter, but poor value. Most staff friendly.

I had a great time in Orlando. Everyone at the hotel was very nice. The Bar staff was great, I had a Carmel vodka w/ a splash of sprite (AWESOME)!!!
The Gentleman who manned the lobby in the early morning / evening was very helpful also. He helped me locate the gift shop, which was very nice I was in need to chap Stick. The room was very nice, but I would recommend getting the refrigerators off the floor, the door is very hard to open. Love the Lotion!!!!
I also enjoyed the Quiet Zone Floor, I was actually shocked that it was ACTUALLY quite... Look forward to returning for pleasure verses business.

I recently visited this hotel and it was wonderful. Everytime my bed hit the pillow I was out for the count. I had an issue with the tv and I called the front desk. Not only was there a technician sent to my room in a matter of moments. I received not 1 but 2 calls ensuring the problem was fixed. The staff was very friendly and I was amazed when Gina remembered my name. I enjoyed everything about stay and I can't wait to visit this property again!!!

This hotel went Above and Beyond in service during my recent stay. From the restaurant to guest services and the bellmen. Many attendees were at the hotel and this was by far the best experience I have had in Orlando.

Everyone from the Front Desk (Claudine, Lisandra and their entire team) is fantastic. Christine, Kelvin and everyone that they coordinate with from F&B and Banquets, are always on top of things and prompt in responding.
The Executive Lounge Staff is always courteous and does a beautiful job.

This was my first time staying in a hotel, in Orlando, for a very long time. Usually, I stay in a home or condo rental while visiting Orlando. The front-desk staff was very nice, and very helpful. The parking is VERY bad so I was FORCED to valet park and pay for it...once the self-parking lot was full. I expected a hotel at this level to provide better customer service in this type of situation. But, with all of that said, I would seriously consider stay here again.

I'm from the UK. I love this hotel and have stayed there three times now.
The room was lovely, clean and spacious. Breakfast included fresh-squeezed juice and everything was freshly-cooked.
The staff were welcoming and friendly. Being a foreigner to the country, on a couple of occasions where I needed help with transport, front desk and concierge actually went out of their way to help.
Dining staff were courteous and ensured that I had everything I needed. Bar staff were friendly, fun and good company.
Can't wait for my next visit!

We were very lucky that the Holiday Inn had no vacancies and they said they could put us up at this property. Luxury.. 15 th floor, beautiful view, wonderful breakfasts and staff at your beck and call. We will be back..............

They really follow their motto of WIT "Whatever It Takes".
The rooms are clean, the front desk staff is attentive, the pool courtyard is very relaxing, and the food is always great!!!!!

The staff there, I believe his name is Rancel (?), should be commended for his friendliness and service. He has a strong work ethic and made the environment very positive: making pleasant conversation and overall making the environment very comfortable. This gentlemen should get a raise.

Overall I would certainly consider returning, however I was forced to valet park because all self parking spaces were full. The toilet in my room got stuck with each flush so I had to go into the tank & fix it everytime I needed to flush. Also, breakfast restaurant closed early.
