I love this hotel! I have stayed at it twice over the past month, and plan on returning at least twice more over the next couple of months.
The hotel is not very old, and kept in excellent condition. Its only a couple of blocks from the freeway, with ample free parking. The front desk staff is outstanding, and always available to help. I think the one thing that stands out most about this property is how sincerely kind and friendly everyone is. EVERYONE who works there makes eye contact and says 'good morning', or 'do you need help'....its truly amazing!
Breakfast buffet is very nice, with waffles, eggs, meat, cheeses, yogurt & dry cereals. The gym area has a couple of treadmills, stair machines, 'nautilus' type of machine, as well as a bench and some real dumbbells. Much better facility than you normally see in a similar priced property.
The pool is a bit small, but well maintained and comfortable. The rooms are a good size, with refrigerators, dishwashers, stove top, etc. They even include dishes & utensils! Everything you need to prepare a meal in room.
Overall nothing jumps out at me as a 'negative'. The only thing I would change if I needed to change one thing is that the beds are a bit firm, but that is usually the case at any hotel these days.

First time staying here and the rooms were such a surprise! Clean, large kitchenette, kitchen utinsels, living area. Loved the on-off freeway location and close to restaurants, etc. Breakfast was wonderful, plenty of choices. Did not eat other meals there, but they sounded yummy. The rooms were quiet, clean and very nice! Also very accomodating as they offer to have your pet in the room with you. Love the little "pet inside" and "sleeping in" notifications you can put on your door. Nice quiet atmosphere for business travelers. Would highly recommend.

What a fantastic property which I enjoyed so much the first time we went back again. The reception again provided a first class check in where Platinum membership was recognized. The rooms provided a good night's sleep. There was also a breakfast buffet stocked with fresh items and as it was a midweek stay an evening buffet as well. Again I must highly recommend this accommodation as being first class and would advise you to try the local restaurants and shops where the welcome is also extremely friendly.

What a fantastic property that clearly is well maintained and kept to a very high standard. The room furnishings are new and of a high quality. The reception provided a first class check in where Platinum membership was recognized. The rooms provided a good night's sleep and the bed was generous. There was also a breakfast buffet stocked with fresh items. I must highly recommend this accommodation as being first class. Enjoy.....

We just stay here for one night and we arrive pretty late closed to midnight. I cannot say too much about the facilities. The bed is very comfortable and the morning breakfast is pretty good. The staff are nice. We will come back if we visit this area again.

This was one of the best stays I have had anywhere, everyone was great, the front desk girls, Cassandra and Thiana, were the polite and made sure you always felt at home, housekeeping was great, special thanks to Maria, even maintenance was on top of there game even if you just needed something small there was no problem and special thanks to Martin for that. The ladys preparing the food were always courteous and always said hello which is really nice when you stay somewhere and everyone smiles and greats you. I can not say enough good things about the crew at the Palmdale Staybridge.

In this review I will go over a couple of the negatives (none of which were detrimental) in addition to allllll the positives that we found!!!
We normally stay at the Staybridge Suites in Chatsworth California. We have had a few issues with them, but all have been resolved. This one was even better!!!
I have 2 toddlers, and having requested a bottom floor, they made sure it happened. This doesn't always happen at other hotels, and it is to the discomfort of the other guests who are stuck below my trampling kiddos all night!
Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. Very accommodating. People who were clearly coming on or going off shift and not even on the clock were still warm and welcoming and not rushing past.
The breakfast was fantastic, as usual. Although it was a bit annoying that the Monday morning breakfast was literally twice as nice as the Saturday/Sunday breakfast. Double the types of cereal, double the types of dairy, bagels and muffins that magically appeared, double the types of fruit, etc. You pay the same amount (if not more) for the weekends, why do you get shafted on breakfast? Again, the weekend breakfast is still pretty darn good! But the differences made it a little bit of a downer.
When we got there, the television was not connected to the DVD player. This was horrible for us, as my 2 year old was promised at 10pm after a 6 hour drive that we would watch a movie when we got in. We couldn't make good on that promise until someone came to fix it. It only took about 15 minutes for the guy to come to fix it and he was ridiculously friendly and quick... but try explaining that to a hysterical and tired 2 year old.
The room itself was pretty awesome. Like I said we stay at other Staybridge Suites, and we loved the lay out of this suite much better. It was open and clean, and everything was comfy. There is a space for a single door going to the bedroom in which they put french style doors. I would prefer a single door to the 2, as anyone over scarecrow thin has to turn sideways and scooch through if one of the doors is closed.
Overall, FANTASTIC STAY!!! And we would stay there again in a heartbeat!!!

The 2 bedroom suite exceeded our expectations. We were very happy with the money spent for the quality we received. Great place.
