Traveled to Peoria to enjoy a Riverman hockey game. Picked this location because I had reward points and it was right across the street from the Civic Center. I travel weekly for work and this was my first opportunity to use points for entertainment.
The front desk attendant Peggy was very rude from the moment we walked into the door. She rolled her eyes continuously through the check in process. She also answered all of our simple questions with very rude comments. When I told her I was disappointed with her attitude she actually began yelling at me in front of other guests and threatened to kick us out.
Besides this one employee's attitude the overall experience was great. I would rate the hotel 4.5 stars if it hadn't been for my check-in experience. The breakfast was excellent and the room was on par with every other Priority Club hotel.

From the moment we walked in the door, the staff was very accommodating. The gentleman behind the counter found the perfect room for us; and to our delight, it was much better than we expected. The two bedrooms and the kitchen and living area were awesome! It was very quiet at night; the beds were like a cloud and they give you plenty of pillows. We were able to keep snacks in the frig, enjoy late night tv, and make coffee in the morning. But let me say that the breakfast being served in the lobby area is remarkable! Eggs, toast, waffles, fruit, cereal, sausage, milk, juice and plenty more! I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I know if I'm in the area again, I'll be staying!

I've stayed at this location several times and will do so again. Very nice, and very comfortable.
This last time, however, there was another guest that had a LARGE dog in their room, and they decided to go out on the town without it. The dog barked for hours. We complained to the staff, and they tried to contact the owner's cell phone, to no avail. The staff moved us to another room, and all was well. Inconvenient to move everything we had, but glad we did.

I have stayed at this property several times over the past few months and the staff has always been very accommodating to my schedule and room preferences. The beds were always comfortable and I never had a problem with noise. Plenty of water pressure and hot water for showers and no issues with stopped up drains or toilets.
I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world and this particular Staybridge suite is one of the best. I wish I always had a Staybridge suite available everywhere I went!

We were very pleased with our visit at Staybridge! Recently remodeled, they entire place is beautiful! Our suite was very nice, the bed was very comfortable. I am easily grossed out at hotels, worn carpet, strange bed I am afraid to sleep in; I did not feel that way at all at this Staybridge! Would highly recommend this place. We were in tour to visit the new CAT visitor's center and it was easy to get to from this Staybridge. Bonus was the hot buffet breakfast! Great breakfast!

We prefer to stay here each year for our annual conference at the convention center across the street. Clean, comfortable, convenient, good breakfast, quiet. What more could you want?
