Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Buisness Trip I had the following problems at my visit: Air Conditioner cover was off the entire time and I had to move it out of the middle of the floor when I first checked in, Smoke Smell in the hallway to my room(I could elaborate more if mangement requested), Fruit Flies on breakfast fruit and the apple I got had been turned to where it looked good but When I got in my car on the way to work the apple was rotten, Big sign on the bed saying that they were NOT responsible for any stolen items in room???, Loud people running up and down the halls yelling 2 of my 4 nights stayed, Overall cleanliness of the breakfast/dinner are was lacking. You can say that I'm just griping but I have been staying in hotels for buisness for 2 years and I would NOT stay at this location again. October 9, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Value Yet Large room. clean and well appointed. big flat-screen TV. AC controlled by degrees, not just "High" or "Low". Comfortable bed. Full kitchen with full sized refrigerator and personal ice maker. Real dishware and flatware, even wine glasses! soft towels, Great breakfast witrh normal eggs, yogurt, waffels, fruit, etc, but also rotated biscuits and gravy with pancakes, and bacon or sausage, great coffee all day long. Friendly staff often asked if we needed anything. only suggestion = two suitcase stands. We had to use the coffee table and sofa for luggage, but there was plenty of drawer space to unpack. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Space with a Toddler My son and I were travelling to Ridgeland to watch my brother play in the ASA Championship at Freedom Ridge Park which is not too far from the hotel...maybe a 5 minute drive. Overall I had a great experience. There were only two things that stand out to me: The first thing is that we arrived at 3:15pm after having driven from Tampa, Florda. The hotel's policy is that check-in does not start until 3:00pm. Both mine and my parent's rooms were not ready when we checked in. They were great at getting someone to our rooms to get them done since it was expected to be ready by that time. We were delayed getting into our rooms until about 3:45 - 4:00. The second thing that stood out was that there were some rather loud teenage guests hanging out by the pool at 12:30am which woke up not only myself but also my 1 year old son. When I called down to the front desk they immediately dealt with the situation. October 2, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by very nice room After staying in many hotels, I found the staybridge suite very roomy and confortable. large fridge, and other kitchen items made it feel like a nice one bedroom apt. Cleaning staff were very friendly. good hot breakfast and good choice. I will be staying there again in about 5 months. September 25, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Made and Desk I have to comment on the best Maid I have had living in motels as often as I do, Martina was always assisting and helping to make us comfortable. She always goes beyond what is expected and so sweet, she never has a frown always smiling. Terrance and DAnglelo, these two working the desk are so dependable, I could ask anything of them and get it. They both are great with Technology of things, if they did not know it they would find out and get back with me immediately. Nothing I could not ask them that it was not done. I am going to miss my Staybridge family... Al you are sweet. Petrice if it were not for you, we would not have been staying there for over a year. All and All everything was great, even through the remodeling, even though I did not get my old room back ;). Love you all and if we come back, you will be seeing me. September 4, 2013

The breakfast was well prepared and presented beautifully. The freshed scrambled eggs were especially delicious. The suite was clean and well stocked. We certainly will stay in Staybridge suite in the future....hope They meet up to the standards set by the Jackson staff. July 28, 2013

If there is a chance for promotion for Ms. Martini Griffin she thoroughly deserves it. I mean there was nothing we couldn't ask for and it was either already in the room or on its way. The breakfast was excellent, and the lady keeping everything full was fast, efficient, as well as friendly. We also enjoyed the sundowner food and drinks during the middle part of the week. Our room was very comfortable and nice size. We will definitely be back when traveling or visiting again. January 2, 2013
