This was our second stay at this hotel and everything was just as good as our first. The hotel staff is friendly and was helpful with all of our needs. Housekeeping does a great job keep everything tidy. If your looking for a Clean room friendly faces & good nights rest, I highly recommend staying at The Staybridge Inn Rockord! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Service and Cleanliness ....DIVINE! I can't say how much I like staying at this hotel. The Staff is simply wonderful and the rooms are always clean and fresh looking. Robert at the front desk was a sweetheart and getting a personal call about 15 min after arriving was fantastic. Who does that anymore...NO ONE. Well thanks for doing it Staybridge. Made me feel welcome and that you cared that my room met my needs. Keep it up! I only wish more hotels were your quality. January 2, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic! This was our second stay at the Rockford Staybridge. We arrived quite tired after a 5.5 hour drive. We were greeted by an extremely pleasant and courteous desk manager. We were elated when he informed us that the social reception would be starting shortly and there was free food and drinks. The atmosphere was quite lively with family seated around the dining area playing board games and other guests just sitting around the fire place enjoying a beverage and a plate of fajitas. Our room was immaculate and the front desk called within 10 minutes to inquire if the room was to our satisfaction. The pool and hot tub area were very nice and conveniently located on the main floor near the front desk area. When we asked for some more pool towels, they were immediately brought down to the pool. The breakfast was hot and very satisfying every morning. We stayed there for three nights and would completely endorse staying there again. January 1, 2014

We enjoyed the evening buffet, which was nice because we didn't have to go anywhere for a meal. Bob treated us like family, and made us (including the dogs) feel very welcome. The pet fee is nominal, which is very welcome compared to other hotel chains. It was a very positive and memorable experience. December 31, 2013

You arranged for a conference room and were very helpful in setting it up for our dinner, etc. The kids loved the pool and we all loved watching Christmas movies in the theater room. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent comfort The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was pleasantly dark in the evening. The only concern is that the toliet ran constantly. I stayed for two nights. The first morning, I tried to report the issue, and was unable to find someone at the front desk. When I returned to the hotel later that day, and headed out again in the evening, I was unable to notify anyone. I finally found someone when I returned late in the evening, and they sent someone immediately to address the issue, but by that time, the service staff was unable to fix it. They offered to switch my room, but after a full day, I was unwilling to do so. December 6, 2013
