Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A home away from home I stayed here for 2 weeks while in town for business. I truly was a home away from home. I really appreciated the on site laundry facility and the lobby/social area was great to relax in. The social is a great idea to bring people together and also offer guests an additional amenity that most hotels don't. The wireless internet wasn't too reliable. It would disconnect while I was trying to work on things. It was somewhat frustrating, but not a deal breaker. The onlyl other disappointment I had was that the pool was not on site in the Staybridge. There is one in the neighboring Holiday Inn. However, I didn't really care to leave the comfort of the Staybridge to go outside to visit the pool. I realize this is a first world problem, but just my thoughts. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here for any length of time. September 24, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Rogers, AR. I think this hotel could be better in the respects that the people who work at this hotel pay more attention to the little things. The little things make up a lot of what travelers for business like myself look for and appreciate. September 11, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice sized suite and very comfortable room. I would highly recommend this hotel when traveling through Bentonville/Rogers. It was very well maintained and very nicely appointed. It was an excellent experience and you would not be amiss to stay here--again and again! We certainly would return if we are every in the area again!! September 11, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay for Father & Son Booked a suite (king in bedroom and queen pull-out in living room) so that my teenage son had separate sleep quarters. Hotel is set back from thoroughfare and interstate. Friendly reception including cookies. Room is well appointed, full kitchen, full size fridge, TV in bed and living room. Desk, seating group, kitchen counter. Nice, modern bath. Being on ground floor, the running water (of all kinds) from upper floors was quite audible. The hotel seems pretty new, modern and stylish. Plenty of restaurants, shopping mall, etc. in the vicinity. Perfect location for a three-day stay to explore the Rogers, Bentonville, Eureka Springs, Beaver Lake, Ozarks area. Hot breakfast nicely presented (freezer burned hash brown though and runny re-constituted scrambled eggs). Nice to have real china plates, cups and metal flatware. Bfast staff needs to clean tables a bit more frequently. Lounge, terrace for happy hour with free snacks and beer Mo-Thu. I will stay here again. July 20, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great home-like atmosphere, convenient location We chose the Rogers Staybridge Suites for our extended lake vacation over the July 4th holiday. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The accommodations were clean and well designed. The location was perfect for easy access to attractions and restaurants. I was surprised how quiet it was! There were plenty of guests, but inside our suite, you would never have known it....we heard no noise..amazing! Since we were on vacation, we brought our boat along and the parking lot is very big...we were able to park in the west corner, well away from other cars and had plenty of room without worrying about inconveniencing other people. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff Outstanding young man who checked us in. He went out of his way to help us find our way to a local address and made us a copy of a map to take us there. He also referred us to a great place to have lung. July 4, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Convenient Hotel Good service from staff. Excellent security. Surprised at the quality of breakfast. I did not spend an money on food or beverage during my stay. Highly recommend the hotel value for the price. Keep up the good work. Location is great, with access to everything close. July 2, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel with only minor complaints (pros/cons listed below) Pro's of Hotel: The staff are very friendly and are willing to work with you on any issues that arise. The condition of the hotel lobby and other public areas is great. The quality of breakfast was better than many hotels I have stayed at; however, it wasn't the best. For pet owners, they have a designated area for pets, and supply bags provided, which is a wonderful plus for this hotel. Pro's of Room: The room has a spacious living area, with a great kitchen, lofted ceilings, and a dedicated office desk. There is a couch and chair, so you can accommodate up to four people in the living area. The bedroom has plenty of space, and the bed was more comfortable than most hotels I have stayed at. The bathroom area is spacious and clean. I really like the stone counter-tops throughout the hotel room. The air conditioning was strong, so I was able to sleep at my comfortable near freezing temperature of 66-68 degrees. The soundproofing was done well, as no sounds ever interrupted my sleep. Con's of Hotel: The WiFi here is terrible. The signal was so weak in my room that every time I connected, it would drop within 1-3 minutes. I was rarely able to even keep a connection long enough to do anything on my tablet. In the hotel lobby, I would lose signal connection every 4-6 minutes. The signal strength and stability of the wireless internet here was just abysmal. They also didn't have our room ready on time. We had to wait about 10 minutes for the room to be finished, which resulted in me arriving late to my conference. There were several occasions of an abandoned front desk, which resulted in us having to wait for a few minutes before someone showed up to help us, but we never had to wait an extraordinarily long time. Con's of Room: The only major complaint I have about the room was the blackout curtains for the room. They didn't go down far enough to fully block out the light, which resulted in a decent amount of light coming in at around 6:30-7am. We also had a problem with the room door's locking mechanism, which sometimes wouldn't lock after we left the room. We had to stay an extra minute several times to fiddle with the door to get it to lock. WiFi in the rooms was terrible. Also, there weren't any power sockets on the lamps next to the bed, which resulted in us having to pull back the bed side table in order to access the power socket in order to charge our phones. Overall: Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We only had minor problems. The food was better than most hotels, the bed was comfortable and cushiony, the air conditioner was strong, and the showers were hot. This is a pet friendly hotel, which is also a plus. I would recommend this hotel over most others. I give a rating of 3/5 stars for this hotel. I deducted a star for the abysmal WiFi, and another star for the other problems I had. June 25, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and good food included You may want to stay here if you are in the area. I slept well because I forgot my pillow, but didn't miss it. I was there for a conference and didn't socialize at the hotel that much, but did enjoy the complimentary food. I had forgotten a comb, which the hotel supplied for me. All the staff were congenial. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay. My husband and I recently stayed at the Staybridge Suites in Rogers. We were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the immaculate suite we were given. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. June 12, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by good service good service, clean rooms, like the laundry room and fitness a lot. the staff was really great. found the pantry to be good and the continental breakfast I found to be good June 3, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Wireless Internet The wireless internet does not stay connected. There are multiple wireless internet connections to choose from and it is constantly disconnected and trying to reconnect to a different one. I talked to many others that were staying at the hotel, as well as that have stayed there in the past and they experienced the same problem. This makes it extremely difficult to get anything done. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very comfortable experience First time for me to stay at this Hotel in Rogers, AR. It was a great experience. I would recommend to others. April 30, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Accommodations with Great Ammenities My wife and I stayed at the Staybridge Suites on a Saturday night last week. We've stayed at two other IHG hotels in the area - the Candlewood and the HI Express - and this was, by far, the best. Upon arrival, we were given an upgrade from a studio to a suite, which was great because my brother-in-law tagged along with us. This hotel clearly honors IHG Rewards Club status, something that is sadly lacking in other properties I've visited. The room was spacious and well-appointed with a stylish-looking kitchenette, two televisions, a DVD player with a DVD library at the front desk, and (most importantly) an amazingly comfortable king bed. The bathroom was spotless, with good water pressure and a "fancy" shower head. Some of the amenities include a standard workout room, a library with books and board games, free laundry facilities, and a pool (It's actually in the Holiday Inn next door, which is only about ten feet away). By far our favorite amenity was the free gas grills on the outside patio. Instead of going out, we took advantage of the great weather and grilled brats and corn-on-the-cob. The patio overlooks a highway, but it was an enjoyable experience nonetheless. Breakfast in the morning was much better than you would get at a Holiday Inn (or even some Hiltons and Sheratons). Food included sausage, eggs, fresh fruit, oatmeal, waffles, yoghurt, three kinds of coffee, myriad teas, milk and juice. Apparently, they have weekday receptions in the evenings, but we were there on a weekend. The highlight of our stay, though, was the excellent customer service we received from Scott at the front desk. He said he had been working there since last summer, but he was so knowledgeable and helpful. Even though I had more questions and requests than usual, Scott never made it seem like I was an inconvenience at all. In fact, the only time he wasn't immediately available to help me was when he was helping a vision-impaired guest find something in her car! What a guy! Seriously, ace. From now on, my wife and I will only be staying at the Staybridge Suites when we're in Southwest Arkansas. April 17, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice stay as usual I stay at this The Rogers Saybridge every year when I come down to AR. and have always enjoyed my room and the level of service provided by the staff. I look forward to next year. April 9, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very comfortable room/ very clean We enjoyed a three night stay right after Christmas for a visit with our family, who live in the area. The bed, room, and breakfast were excellent. The only problem we had was that the traffic outside was extremely loud. Good thing I take ear plugs any time we go out of town and that mostly solved the noise problem.. Our room was on the 540 side. Next time, we will ask for a room on the other side. The only other thing we didn't like was that we took all our grandchildren swimming and found that the pool was shared with the Holiday Inn next door. You had to go out into the cold to reach the indoor pool, which was attached to the Holiday Inn. The staff who did the breakfast was excellent and when we asked if they had anymore biscuits, they got us some. Also, the cleaning ladies disturbed us each of the three days, while we were in the room. They wanted to get in to clean before we were ready to leave. Not sure what could remedy this. Maybe the visitor could leave one of those door hangers whenever they leave and the room is free to be cleaned. Just an idea. That would be better than the cleaning staff just opening the door. That annoyed us. Each day we did come back to a nice clean room with the beds made. We will definitely stay here again. January 2, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay during the Holiday I stayed at this location during the Christmas holiday while on business in the area. The staff was really great. The Night Manager and the Morning Buffet staff member were absolutely great. I was traveling with my family and they made the stay here very enjoyable. I will most definitely return when I do business again in the area. Kudos to the Staff and Management. December 31, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Great Place To Stay In NWA This is a good place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and feature a full size fridge. The breakfast is delicious and the food for the mid week "mingle" events is good too. The food is not fancy or gourmet, (you were expecting Bobby Flay?), but it is still very tasty. Give this place a try! December 17, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great service The beds were super comfortable. The staff was awesome. Yeah. December 9, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Ted We were with you 2 nights - there were 5 of us in a 2 bedroom suite with a small dog. It was a wonderful stay - you staff was very friendly and helpful. The accommodations were ideal and we all agreed it was money well spent! (the pet charge of $75 per night is a bit steep!). The breakfast was great - hot where needed, fresh where needed with a very personable staff person. Very impressive stay - we will be back! December 8, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Big Family! This is the only hotel chain where my family is comfortable! We have five children and fit nicely into a double room suite and my husband and I can have a room to ourselves. It is wonderful to travel and not have to be worried about our kids in another location yet have plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is a big help and so easy to utilize. We have stayed at this particular location twice and enjoyed the pool and used to workout facility. I highly recommend this site and the chain as a whole. December 2, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good Stay but beware of Room Switch I booked this hotel for one night, We were in town for a ballgame. Went to the Staybridge website made a reservation for a 1 bedroom suite. Was sent a confirmation that showed the room rate associated with the one bedroom suite, never thought there would be an issue. Upon arrival, I was told my reservation was for a studio suite and when I protested, I was offered a reduction in rate for studio to appease me. However, it was the advertised price for the studio suite online. They tried to phrase as if they were making it right, when in fact I could have booked that room at that price when I made the reservation. The first room we were put in had a non working ceiling fan and we were moved, only to have other members of our party be placed in that same room even after they knew and it still didn't work. Also the doors on neither room locked when you exited, we didn't notice until the other party mentioned theirs did not. The location and breakfast were good. Overall very disappointed.
