I am a DoD Fire Fighter and the hours for the breakfast were not benefical to a few of the guests do to the times of the Fire Academy starting at 0600. The guests that were there had an oppurtunity to grab a togo breakfast and leave by 0540. Maybe if the hours were extended to accomadate others needs or maybe offer a cold breakfast line for cereal and oatmeal.

The hotel staff is what made this visit for me. They were very nice and attentive. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in San Angelo.

Simply outstanding. The only reason I rated it Excellent is because there is not a higher rating. The employees here have become somewhat of a family during my stay.

Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights they serve complimentary dinner along with wine and beer.
You pay a little more in price, but the service and accommodations are well worth the extra.

We were looking forward to a relaxing evening along the pool. But instead we were stuck in our room. The pool area had aluminum cans laying around. A group was drinking and monopolizing the sauna using loud and foul language. Not a family atmosphere.

I stayed at the San Angelo Staybridge Suites on June 13, 2014. It was the worst experience I have ever had at any Staybridge or IHG hotel brand. The room that I was given was not what I had reserved. When brought to the attention of the desk clerk she stated it was what I had reserved. That was hogwash! I have an email confirmation of my room type. The mattress was extremely hard and the pillows were very lumpy. The room didn't have a full-size refrigerator with an ice maker - it had a dorm size refrigerator. I have been loyal to Staybridge Suites and to IHG brand hotels however this experience may cause me to rethink my loyalties.
