I stayed at this hotel for almost 10 months and i dont remember a single instance where the service was not good.. it was always awesome... thru these 10 months i would have probably interacted with all staff members and all of them were awesome.. the kitchen staff, housekeeping staff, maintainance, front desk have all taken care of so well.. they have set the standard so high that i keep comparing this experience to the stays at other properties and they never met it.... anyways.. thank you Staybridge team....

This hotel is fabulous!! We were staying at this location for my niece's Air Force boot camp graduation. It was only a 15 minute drive on the 410 loop to get to the base and it was easy on and easy off of the loop. All of the hotel staff encountered were very nice and very helpful with any request that we made.
The breakfast and light meals were great!!! The ladies that ran it were so fast in filling everything up and keeping it clean.
I would definitely stay at this hotel if going to San Antonio again and would highly recommend it!
This was my first stay at a Staybridge Suites and it will not be my last!

At checkin the front desk computers or key maker was not working. Front desk handled it very professional to complete the checkin. One key worked and one didn't . Enjoyed stay!

As I travel quite a bit for the company I work for some of the things I look for wthin a hotel are the amenities, ease of access, and ease of parking.
The parking on more than one occaision was inconvenient. I had to park in no parking areas of the parking lot. I was not the only one to have to do this.
The other thing I utilize is the health area/mini cardio area of a hotel. This one had very little equipment (2 bicycles, Elipticales, and 2 treadmills). The stationary bicycles were from the mid to late 90's and were in need of replacement.
Not all was a negative experience. The staff were very friendly and knowledible. The service on the rooms was excellent and the swimming pool, though exposed to every building around (it is on the 3rd floor and outside while most buildings surrounding the hotel are much higher than this) was clean, well maintained, and nice to do laps in. Anyone who does not want to be exposed to anyone looking out of a neighboring building would probably not feel comfortable.
Overall it was an average experience, but I probably would not stay here again.

Excelent location, great shuttle service, if "Justina" is your driver you will love her, a total pro! Very close to apt, mall and restaurants

I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. Excellent location- walking distance to a huge mall! The rooms were great- cooktop, microwave, full size refrigerator! Best value for your money, hands down!!

We loved this hotel! The room was clean, the bathroom spotless! We must have gotten upgraded to an executive suite, because we had tons of room! We had a very early flight the next morning, and we were still able to get breakfast - hot coffee, cereal, yogurt, fruit, pastries - everything except the cooked items like eggs and waffles - all at 6:00 am!
We only wished we got to stay there longer.
