All of the staff has always been very cheerful and helpful on every stay. The beds and pillows and linens are the best. The rooms have recently been renovated and the new reconfigured kitchen/living room area is very spacious and provides plenty of work surface and eating surface. Staybridge Suites is the best.

Excellent location. Right next to BART and shops. Shuttle service to and from the airport available. Supermarket right across the street. Great way to save money and cook in your room. Although tons of restaurants near by. Some are open late. ATM and banks also nearby. Comfy beds and nice living room to relax and watch TV and DVDs. Overall very very very convenient.

We like this hotel in overall.
Pros: Spacious. Newly renovated. Rooms are clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Kitchen is working. Staff is responsive and helping. Close to shopping and dinning (next to a mall).
Cons:
1) Airplanes could be very loud when they happen to fly by low. But for me it was just startlingly loud before I fell asleep. I slept through the night without problem.
2) the heater was not working for the first night. The staff changed us to a new room after they decided that it's not a quick fix. Considering that they just renovated the rooms, it was quite unexpected that they have heater problems. Some of us caught a cold. Not a happy trip to SF.
3) Breakfast is ok but not as great as other staybridge we had stayed at.

I was very pleased with our stay @ Staybridge Suites. We had 5, sometimes 6 in our room and it never felt crowded. The rooms were not run down at all, and liked the fact that our two bedroom suite also had 2 bathrooms. The amenities were what we were looking for, and was very satisfied with the breakfasts served, free parking (in fact, right outside our door!), internet availability, kitchen, free use of washer/dryer, and having a mall right next door was great!

The property is convenient to shopping, mass transportation, highways and SFO airport. The staff is friendly and professional, and the General Manager takes an active interest in her property and guests. She works long hours and her awareness of what's happening is almost without limit. The property is under renovation so the clean/comfortable/efficient units will only get better .

In town attending a citywide conference with need to commute for daily all-day meetings. The convenience of Staybridge Suites to BART (2-blocks) was my primary reason for selecting this property. Although the hotel is somewhat dated, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was great (good variety and hot strong coffee) and the staff was excellent! (very friendly and accommodating). I would not hesitate to stay here again on future trips to SFO.

Well appointed suites with full kitchen and very helpful staff are what drives me to Staybridge.
The staff suggested local sight-seeing tours I could take and also helped me book for the same. I was also picked up from the hotel and dropped back (the hotel does not provide this though) Location was ideal - not too far from the city and right next door to mall, grocery stores, movie theatre.
I did feel it was pricey since I stayed in a very similar room stay Staybridge in Malvern, PA for less than half the price. But this was San Fransisco and during summer. So who knows.
My overall experience was very pleasant and satisfying. I would definitely recommend this to other visitors.

Air freshener works but once unplug that musty odour is unbearable . Stairs is old and dirty. Breakfast selection very limited

The nicest, accommodating staff. Lisa, the manager, is great. Khalil is the best. We've been staying in this place for more than five years every chance we visit the Bay Area. We call this home. The suites are comfortable & clean..Love their daily breakfast buffet. Close to everything .... Shops, restaurants, attractions & airport, and the BART station. We've referred this place to friends & families, and they love it as well..

Your staff was most accommodating for me and my family. There was some cleaning of the lobby when we first arrived and your manager welcomed us right by the van. He helped me out with shuttles to the airport when we had to leave very early in the morning. He saw to it that we were able to grab something for breakfast since we had to leave so early before the breakfast was being served. I was so impressed, that I recommended your hotel to another friend who was going to SFO later that week. I certainly will stay there again. Thank You

We were checking out the property for our upcoming stay at UCSF medical center. It was everything we had hoped for and more. Cable reception was a little sketchy, but management made every effort to rectify the situation. We'll be back!
