room was not ready for check in. I asked for a smoke free and pet
free room. I was told the 4th floor was pet free not so. Many dogs
were there on the 4th floor. barking dog on the 3rd floor kept us up
half the night. I will not stay there again.

ok.. a couple of negatives.. No ESPN!! Need a better cable package.
- wireless internet needs better stability
Now the positives.. fabulous staff at every level-
wonderful breakfasts and manger's cocktail party- freshly made food in their own kitchen-
Great location in the historic district
nice office area for business
pay parking behind hotel (tough to find close on street parking nearby)
I will be back

I enjoy architecture and this hotel blends exceptionally well with the historic district both inside and out but maintains ultramodern conveniences. A worth-while stay especially if you are touring the area. Well done

We really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, clean room with lots of extras in the kitchen. I think my favorite was the amazing breakfast.

We booked online never having stayed at a Staybridge Suites before. The hotel was exceptional, from our check-in, to the concierge booking our trolley tours, to the surprise kitchen area in our room, to the surprise "Social" at 5:30 pm offering wine and beer and excellent appetizers. We were tired after driving to Savannah and then touring so this really fuelled us for more sightseeing. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel.

Got there early and desk clerk had my reservation but room was not ready as we had expected. She took our cell number and was to call us if room became ready early, received a temp parking and was off to lunch. received no call (not and issue) and attempted to check in at approx. 4:30. New clerk, cant find paper work only confirmation so had to start reservation issues from start. took several minutes even with what appeared to be a manager to assist. Finally in and then when I got home looked at my credit card bills see I was double charged and has taken six days to clear up. Was never acknowledge as a club member.

Location on Bay street is excellent! Having a kitchen in the room is a money saver. The bed was better then the one at home. All in all, the property is excellent for the price. Have stayed once before and will stay again and again.
