Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic stay! I recently spent a couple nights at this hotel. This was the first Staybridge I've stayed at, and it surely will not be the last. The room was extremely comfortable, quiet, and clean. I was amazed at all the amenities! Full kitchen with dishes and utencils, two TV's, very comfortable bed and pillows, and I could go on and on. Great location, too! Plenty of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment very close by. This was one of the best hotel stays I've ever had! March 26, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Truly our "Home away from Home" We found Staybridge Suites when our 84 year old father was airlifted to Sioux Falls, SD for medical care. Since our first night, we have been nothing but pleased. We stayed for 7 weeks the first time. Our days were very stressful. Yet, when we walked thru the door at Staybridge, we felt cared for and all of the staff was so supportive. Each day, they went out of their way to ask how our Dad was and if there was anything they could do for us. We believe having a suite to come back to every night helped us reenergize. It became our home away from home. This made it possible for us to stay rested and do the things we needed for Dad. Our father has decided to remain in Sioux Falls so Staybridge will continue to be our home away from home when we visited him. We can recommend Staybridge Suites without hesitation. This staff is outstanding in so many ways. The facility itself is very well laid out and has so much to offer. March 24, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Overall Experience at StayBridge Suites We had a house fire and had a lengthy stay at Staybridge with 3 animals. These folks go above and beyond to make you comfortable and treat you like royalty...Great experience. Very glad to be back in our home after almost 3 months with StayBridge, but will always remember their smiles and hello's every morning at breakfast. I will have to say we got pretty spoiled of having our bed made everyday, fresh towels everyday and supper 3 nights out of the week as well. THANK YOU STAYBRIDGE. We will be back to say Hi. The staff is great, the property is great and the location is convenient to everthing that I need. My travels to Sioux Falls are typically business related, but I notice quite a few families at the hotel also. They have a great pool area for the kids. I enjoy the location - close to the Empire Mall, lots of restaurants, grocery stores and general shopping. No better place to stay. January 24, 2013

Exterior appearance: Standard Staybridge Suites building Outisde View from the room: Carolyn Avenue, Hotel front parking, other hotel building across the street, commercialized areas - average. Room size: Approximately 60 square meters. Generously large. for 1 bedroom suite. Price: Quite a bargain considering the growth of the city and fairly convenient location. Service: Commendably good. The room was a great size and has a good layout. There is a kitchen with a stove and microwave as well as a fridge and freezer. The price we got the room for was in the price range we were looking for and comparable to other hotels. We would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone. November 21, 2012

The rooms are always clean, beds are comfortable and staff is friendly. We did try two other hotels in Sioux Falls but always came back to this one for the value, cleanliness and friendly, professional staff. November 17, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great hotel this was my second stay at this location and I enjoyed it. Nice room, clean, comfortable, could not ask for more. My one complaint (and it's very minor) was when I had to ask room service lady in hall somthing, she didn't speak English. Resorted to using hand gestures and pointing I finally got what I needed. Seems to be the norm nowdays at most hotels. Expect it more in Florida or Texas but then again she smiled and seemed friendly. Overall I love this locatrion and staff was great. November 10, 2012

The front desk staff was very good and professional when I checked in and out. I was travelling alone and felt very safe at the hotel. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Sioux Falls.
