Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Just like 'family' From the time we walk in to a friendly smile and a great cookie until the time we checked out with even more smiles and a great THANK YOU...This Staybridge Suite location is tops with us...close to ND and yet as quiet as in the country..great staff all around the hotel. Dave welcomes you when you arrive and the house keeping is as good as one would ever find in ANY hotel regardless of price. The dining staff provides excellent breakfast choices along with their friendly smiles mix in a IRISH victory and the whole weekend adventure is a 'hit' September 11, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay We made a last minute trip to South Bend for the Notre Dame home opener. The hotel was very accommodating to our needs since we were traveling with another couple. We stayed in a 2 Bedroom suite and it was perfect. It met every expectation that we had and then some. I travel for work and usually use the IHG hotels when on the road and this is one of the nicest that I have stayed in. David the assistant manager was very helpful with our accommodations and the staff was very nice and helpful through our entire stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area. September 4, 2014

Super clean, everything worked, staff was fantastic, and the free night time reception was outstanding. Manager Dave made himself accessable and did everything in his power to make sure I felt at home. August 18, 2014

She took the device to FedEx and had it carefully packed and delivered to us within 36 hours.She expedited this on her own time and gets my nomination for Employee of the Month! What a caring, compassionate and efficient person. Our stay was very comfortable, but her quick response and consideration turned us into loyal Staybridge guests. Thank you for "going the extra mile" for us. We really appreciated it. By the way, we also loved the restaurant you recommended to us which was also featured in Midwest Living magazine. It was a delightful surprise on a Sunday evening. South Bend is such warm, welcoming town. August 17, 2014
