Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Value for the Money! We went to Springfield for a long weekend to see the sights and play a little golf. I looked on line at several different hotels. We wanted to stay a place with an indoor pool (because you never know what the weather will be like) and a place with free breakfast. Price was also a factor in choosing a hotel. The staff was friendly; room was clean, and the breakfast was satisfying before a long day of sightseeing. Another nice touch was the coffee station that was available all day. The young lady at the desk even helped us find a local golf course by printing out some places for us to call for tee times-I felt that went above and beyond. April 29, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Loved my stay! Loved my stay! The room was wonderful, bed was comfortable, felt like I was home. The only thing that I wasn't happy with was the breakfast. The room it was in was very small and hard to get around in when others were in there too. They couldn't keep up and things were out. When they brought out the eggs and ham the eggs were very cold and the ham was thin and very cheap looking. Oatmeal was so thick! The container they keep the syrup in was small and it only took two people to use it and it was empty. But, as far as the room.....I loved it and would go back again in a heart beat! April 20, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Have stayed here multiple times through the past several years I love staying here. The staff is just remarkable. Everyone is so helpful.My only comment is that housekeeping could be a little more attentive. But in the main any issues were taken care of in excellent time. The staff is great, breakfast and snack times are delightful and everything is ok...however The facility is beginning to show its age. For example, the couch in my room has splits in the side and has had them ever since I stayed there the first time. (I am always in the same room as it's convenient and I'm usually there for six or more weeks). For the past two years I've heard upgrades are in the works and was disappointed when I arrived and saw they haven't started yet. This facility is too great and too well located to show signs of neglect. I will be back regardless.. Give my regards to Mr. Johnson February 13, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff and nice breakfast I enjoyed the breakfast, although the access to food is somewhat limited. I was disappointed in the cleaning staff however. Spilled popcorn one evening and never had the room vacuumed nor was the water faucet cleaned. Almost like home if you have to clean it yourself! Bed pretty comfortable but tv still older model which should be updated. Enjoyed the free wine and beer at evening. January 16, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Another great stay. We arrived Saturday after a long drive and the staff were friendly and helpful from the beginning. Since it was a college football night, part of my party wanted to stay up and watch the late games. The front desk staff was more than accommodating in our request to watch on the lobby television. The cleaning staff in the lobby went well above the call of duty to make us feel "at home". Later that night, after everyone had turned in, we needed additional blankets at about 3 in the morning. Staff was on top of the request. The only thing keeping a 5 star on the room is that the mattresses on sofa bed could use updating. Breakfast in the morning is fantastic. All in all, this is a great place to stay in south Springfield. We'll keep coming back! December 5, 2012
