Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Forced Stay! At short notice I had to extend my trip my a week and could not find a hotel close to my preferre location (Redwood City) and Sunnyvale was the closest I could get. The hotel is quite out of the way in a triangle between the 101 and 85 so its not the best if you are looking for somewhere you can pop out for a bit of social life. However, the rooms are very spacious, comfortable and good value. The staff where very friendly and attentive, much more so than I would normally expect in a hotel at this price range. I have stayed at other Suite Hotels and this is by far the best. If you don't mind the location then I would highly recommend this as an excellent place to stay. October 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by September 28, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Home away from home The staff at the Sunnyvale Staybridge go out of their way to make people feel welcome and at ease. I have stayed there over the past three years as my job requires and they have always made me feel at home as soon as I walk in. Great place, great people! September 22, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A great example of true customer service. This is my preferred hotel. The only problem is that I can't get the Government rate there anymore. I had to book the Staybridge San Jose (SBSJ) and wound up getting moved to this one. I was happy since this was my preferred hotel in the first place. Turns out I was only walked for one night and the other 2 nights of my reservation had magically disappeared. SBSJ was basically unresponsive and did not have a room for me for the other nights. The Sunnyvale SB did the right thing and let me stay for the remaining two nights at Government rate. I was happy with the responsive caring attitude of the front desk staff, Tony and Cathy, which was in stark contrast to the disappointing performance of the SBSJ staff. If you can get into the Sunnyvale Staybridge, I am confident that you will be happily impressed. September 22, 2014
