The staff is top notch, within meeting you for the first time, they always remember your name. The maintance, and front desk personell are great, get you what you need, when ever you need it. the breakfast is great, to get it away from hotel would easily cost $8-10. The evening social is fantastic, get to see and meet a lot of people. The exercise room has room for 5+ people at a time. Overall, I do not stay anywhere else while in Tampa, unless they are full. A very good experience, having been staying there for for 4 staight years.

My wife and i spent 5 days at this location and really enjoyed everything about the facility. Rooms were clean, breakfast was very nice. Had a large selection of Hot and cold items. The pool and exercise room were both clean and well maintained. we did utilize the grill a couple night and really liked having that available to grill our own steaks rather than get dressed up and go out to eat. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Hotel, great breakfast, very helpful people.

*I stayed at this place for 3 months - it has a very homely atmosphere and the big plus is its walking distance from my office.
* Swimming pool is great
* Nice gym
* Good Breakfast and evening snacks
5* from me and my wife

Everything about this place was great. Great Location close to everything but also quiet. Rooms were spacious , heated pool, breakfast was very nice and coffee and hot tea was always available. Definitely will using them again!

I stay here frequently on business, at least twice a month, and I've always had a great experience. I travel to lots of different hotels and this one always has the most friendly people working, very good breakfast, and the rooms are nice and clean like the hotel is brand new. I have only used the pool once, they a very quiet location so it was relaxing. Highly recommended.

I will definitely be staying here when necessary. I have at least another 3 1/2 years with opportunities to travel to Tampa and this will be the place to stay. Great location for me, very good price, very well cared for, excellent breakfast, and extremely friendly and helpful staff!!
