Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible night We booked into a room with two double beds (we were travelling with our two teenagers). One bed had a noisy headboard rattling against the wall. We managed to reduce the noise by sticking a towel between it and the wall. But the other bed was intolerable. The slightest movement caused a squeaking noise so loud it couldn't be slept in. My husband tried sleeping on the couch - but his feet hung over the edge and it wasn't comfortable. Even by myself, the bed was too noisy. At 11:45, we called reception. We got another room one floor up. We moved up there, leaving the children behind. The next morning, I wanted to talk to the manager. I was told she wasn't in till noon. As we were checking out, I left my email address and asked that I be contacted. It has now been 3 days - and nothing. I am appalled by the lack of service. We lost a night's sleep. As a result, we couldn't go to Busch Gardens. This was our only day in Tampa to go. Considering we came from the UK, this was a very heavy price to pay. I am appalled at the service. This is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. February 22, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Less than stellar I have stayed at this Staybridge many times in the past for business travel. The internet connection is slow, but I love the staff. This past stay, I was upgraded to a suite on the 2nd floor but it smelled like a bathroom. The person who cleaned my room did not seem to make the bed properly, it just wasn't the standard that I am used to, being a platinum member. I love the Tue-Thursday buffet and it is a good place when travelling with a group, but I was disappointed this stay. February 13, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by First timer, and hopefully not my last This is my first time staying at a Staybridge Suites, and hopefully this will not be my last. I am normally an in the box type of guy when it comes to my hotels, and normally stay at Holiday Inn or Express hotels, but this hotel was literally across the street from a company I was doing work for and I could not pass up the deal. The price of the hotel was awesome, and I was not aware this included dinner on three nights of the week and an awesome breakfast. I stayed in a studio suite and was amazed at how big it was and how nice it was....this hotel probably had the most comfortable sheets on the bed that I have ever slept in....I hope I will be brought back to this area again so I can use this hotel again!!!
