Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Over all Pleased Over all, always pleased, but something needs to be done with your front end supervisor Gina, she is rude, she talks down to people etc. And continually picked on and humiliated my husband, not just this last time, but every time we have stayed. I did these surveys in the passed, and nothing has changed. You should do some kind of mystery shop, ask some of the guests, observe, you will see. July 20, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by June 18 trip The hotel looked nice from the outside, although the huge empty parking lot across from the hotel make you feel a bit unsafe, particularly when there are no spaces around the hotel parking lot and you have to park in the big parking lot. The front desk area and hallways look fine, but the rooms are terribly worn out, specifically linens and carpet. there was a bug in my pillow when i arrived...i took it as something not as a result of negligence because everything else seemed to be clean. The air conditioner works fine, but it is noisy. The air extractor in the bathroom makes a huge noise particularly when you are in the shower, it seemed like there was some sort of pipe broken in the ceiling. At checkout time apparently the front desk person did not know the benefits you have as an ambassador member, so i was not able to have a late check out.... June 26, 2014

The décor gave you a very home like feeling. the patio area was a nice touch to sit and enjoy family time. The breakfast was a nice touch and the variety was plenty to choose from. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best stay for a business trip My stay at this hotel was an oasis during a short but intense business trip, Glenn and the other associates at the desk were very helpful with logistics and directions. Gary is the best all around burger flipper and repair person. The room staff were efficient and accommodating. I appreciated the full breakfasts in the morning and the opportunity to unwind with guests and hotel staff at the social hour at the end of the day. My room was clean and spacious; the bed was very comfy. If I'm in Tampa again, this is where I'll stay. June 13, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Customer Service I stay in a lot of hotels for work purposes which include both high priced and medium priced hotels. I believe the Staybridge offers a far better value for the cost and, frankly, provides better accomodations than the much more expensive full service hotels. The Staybridge in Tampa (Falkenburg) is outright my favorite hotel and our work group uses this hotel every chance we get. This Staybridge always has clean rooms, a clean overall presentation, provides a good breakfast every morning and provides a good dinner (free) Tuesday-Thursday nights. But, the best part of this hotel is that they maintain their core staff and the few folks that do change out are always very customer service oriented. The Manager, Melissa, Sales Director Christina, and Front-Desk Manager, Gina, all are outstanding to work with. May 31, 2014
