Never a problem with anything from reservations, check-in, cleanliness is 5 star, and the staff, food, service is impeccable. This Hotel from the moment I stepped inside and was greeted with a smile and service as excellent as this staff is did not go unnoticed. The interior was very nice. My room was great with a kitchen and all the comforts of home. The bed and bedding were so comfy. The pool was outstanding and beautiful with waterfalls. The food and drinks at the social hour were great and I met some really nice people. I even used the free laundry facilities . Great hotel, great service great place and the price is so reasonable keep up the good work . I will recommend this hotel to anyone I know visiting that area. If I am ever back in Tucson I will definitely stay here . Thanks May 14, 2013

The pool at night was like a tropical oasis. The prices are unbelievably low for this grade and style of hotel. Maybe that is the price range for Tucson, but I loved it. April 10, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by clean and a good value We appreciated that our rooms were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the pool area. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite new and it is in excellent condition. Although the hotel is located near the airport, we were not bothered by airport noise at all. The breakfast buffet was adequate. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel - great value for the money. March 19, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Ethernet Connection very poor Very poor connection if using ethernet cable. Kept getting "unable to connect to DSN Server" for at least 5 minutes. Business travelers with propriatory information in laptop require ethernet connection NOT wireless. November 14, 2012
