    The room was nice. Housekeeping was very lax during my stay. It was clean when I got there, but my room wasn't cleaned for four days in the middle of my stay. No refills of coffee or shampoo. No fresh towels.

    No matter what temperature I set the air conditioner on, the room never got cool.

    I was taught not to make calls after 9 pm, but got a call from the front desk at 10pm wanting credit card information.

    I stayed for several nights but my bill still showed an outstanding balance when received under the door. Had to go to the front desk to get a receipt showing my bill was paid in full.

While we're delighted to read that you enjoyed the room, I want to apologize for the housekeeping service not being done for some of the days you were with us. I have addressed this with my housekeeping team to ensure that this does not occur in the future. Being an extended stay hotel, we are a little different from typical hotels in the fact that we do not schedule housekeeping service on the Saturday or Sunday unless it is requested, but are always happy provide this service when it is. I also appreciate you letting us know about the A/C in your room and have had our engineer check the system to ensure proper operation for future guests. I am a bit concerned about the call you received requesting your credit card information. We Take our guests privacy and security very seriously do not disturb guests after 8pm or request card information over the phone when the guest is physically checked into the hotel. If fact we strongly advise guests not to provide this information if the receive a call requesting it. We ask the card is brought to the Front Desk to ensure that the number isn't compromised by providing to an unknown caller. I would like to ask that you contact me to discuss so that I can look into this matter further. I regards to the bill you received under your door on the day of your departure, this copy of the bill is for the guest to review prior to the final payment being applied. This is so billing accuracy is verified to prevent any overcharges being applied to the method of payment on file resulting in funds being tied up unnecessarily. A final copy reflecting payment was made in full is provided when checking out at the Front Desk. Thanks again for taking time to leave us your feedback, and choosing to stay with us.
