THIS IS WHERE YOU WANT TO STAY WHEN AWAY FROM HOME!!!!!
INDOOR POOL WITH HOT TUB
PATIO AND COURTYARD IS VERY SPACIOUS, WITH FLAT SCREEN TV. COOKING AREA FOR MULTIPLE FAMILIES. PRIVATE GAZEEBOS.
MY 1 BDRM HAD 2 QUEEN BEDS WITH S\FLAT SCREEN TV. AND FRENCH DOORS THAT LOCK FOR PRIVACY!! FULL KITCHEN W/ ALL COOKWARE PROVIDED, LIVING AREA HAD FLAT SCREEN TV WITH SLEEPER SOFA AND DESK. I WILL BE BACK SOONER THAN LATER!!!
MY ONLY CON IS BREAKFAST:
THE JUICE IS WATERED DOWN.
THE EGGS AND SAUSAGE IS VERY BLAND NO SEASONING WHAT SO EVER.
WAFFLES ARE AMAZING.

We rented for a wedding gathering and had a total of 10 - 11 rooms. Everyone was very complimentary on the facility. We also had a gathering of friends and family for a catered event one evening and the hotel management took care of every detail for us, from setting up the tables, taking care of the catering details, and clean up. They bent over backwards to make sure we we're all on the same page and that the evening was a success. I was completely satisfied with our stay and the customer care. Would do it again the same way.

We felt very comfortable during our stay. The staff doesn't just greet you, they make sure your stay is great! The breakfast and dinner are fantastic and puts all other hotels to shame. The bedding is very comfortable and even the sofa bed was nice. We have brought our grandchildren here and I even brought my mother-in-law to this hotel so I had to be sure it was outstanding, and it was!

I travel all over Texas for work, I've stayed in many hotels, I have to say Staybridge in Tyler is the BEST I repeat the BEST Hotel I've been in so far. They have a beautiful property when driving up, well lit up at night and the friendliest staff ever. I have returned several times to this hotel even if it's a little out of my way when traveling because I feel so comfortable here. Rooms are spacious, and very clean. Breakfast is great, there is a big variety to choose from. I recently was there and brought along 3 other co-workers who have never stayed here before and they were all thanking me for recommending this hotel for our stay.

I have to say this was the best hotel experience. The rooms were perfect and spacious. The staff was great and took care of my every need. The beds are extremely comfortable and I liked having a full couch, chase lounge and kitchen. I would give this hotel 5 stars all day. One of the best things is it sets back way off the road so even if your room is facing the road you still don't hear any traffic!!

Best hotel I have ever stayed in!! They aim to please each and every person. The rooms, lobby, overall hotel is nicer than most 5 star hotels!! I highly recommend it! Won't stay anywhere else when I'm in Tyler!

Love, love, love this hotel! The room was excellent & very comfortable. I was disappointed that we couldn't stay longer. We were in town for a junior bible quiz tournament. The hotel was full and the staff was amazing! I really wish all hotels were like this one - in every way!

We usually love staying here, but this time it was miserable. We were on the first floor with a high school baseball team staying above us on the 2nd floor. They made noise most of the night. My restful weekend turned into a sleepless night. Breakfast wasn't much better as it was difficult to even access the food with all the kids there. We didn't have all morning long to wait for food to be replaced so only was able to grab a banana. Should be better during the week, but not on weekends if you are planning to get any rest! The staff moved us to the 3rd floor the 2nd night, but was inconvenient to pack up everything, load into the car, and that evening to check in AGAIN and go through the entire process of unpacking and packing up the next morning. The staff never even offered a future nights free stay or even apologized. Seems they were more interested in accommodating every sports team in the area! We were told there wasn't much they could do about it. After this miserable weekend, we will be searching for another place to stay next time we are in Tyler.
