Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Experience Spent three nights on business at Staybridge Suites Tyler University Area. This is my second stay here in the last 3 months and I have been impressed each time. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are very comfortable, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I used the fitness center and enjoyed the breakfast each morning of my stay and both were very good. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Overall, an excellent experience again for me. I do want to give a very special acknowledgment to Gabby at the front desk. She was on duty when I checked in on Sunday afternoon and was there each day of my stay. Gabby represented the hotel and your brand exceptionally. She was very friendly, very polite, very helpful, very professional yet very personable as well. I have been in Human Resources for 20 years and am always aware of the people I meet. Gabby would be someone I would strongly consider for employment because of the qualities she presented. Perhaps the most noteworthy was her working until 10 pm on Tuesday night and then being back on duty Wednesday morning at 6 am. I spoke with her Tuesday evening and again when I checked out on Wednesday--she was just as friendly, just as helpful, and just as focused on being the best she could be in spite of a short break between shifts--impressive! From the initial contact with the staff, we were pleasantly surprised by the service and accommodations.
