Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by LOVE this hotel!!!! My family and I recently moved to Tyler, TX for business for a few months and had to stay in a hotel. At first I was not very excited about the idea, until we got to this hotel. The staff is incredible and were always willing to do anything they could to help make our stay more enjoyable. They truly felt like our family by the time we left! The rooms and beds are so comfortable and the breakfast and social hour was a great bonus for us as well. Overall, if you are coming to Tyler, I would recommend staying at the Staybridge Suites! Definitely the best hotel around!! September 12, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great home away from home, Staybridge provided our family with the place for our family vacation. My boys loved it and so did my mother. My boys spent most of time in the pool. They had a great time. Actually this preferred the pool instead of the waterpark. They had a great time. Our family was very pleased. We will stay again. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and Quiet The hotel was extremely clean and quiet! The room was very nice sized and finally an accessible room that was truly accessible. My wife and I both agreed that it was the nicest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in for the money, and quite possibly one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in period (considering all factors). Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast I know it would be difficult, but I wish there was a way to request "no pajamas" in the dining are. Similar to a "no-shirt, no service" rule. Some of the guests' appearance at the breakfast bar is quite shocking and especially as a family property (although, sometimes the children are the most "interestingly dressed). Please consider the request. It will not stop me from staying at Staybridge, or enjoying breakfast, I too have a choice of location and options. September 4, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Service After 9years of being an Ihg Platinum Member I would've never thought that the way in which Myself & co-workers were treated was very unacceptable ... 1st WE were accused of STEALING PEPPER from the dining area, then a can of pepper was brought to our room with an rather degrading message " You People don't have to steal pepper" then it was implied that We were smoking in the room ... I then decided to check out early & CANCELLED my future reservations THERE ... I'm currently in Tyler staying at Holiday inn express where they know how TO TREAT people ... Special thanks to Jeff in sales " You truly Are NOT a class act ... NEVER AGAIN September 3, 2014
