Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not a Restful Stay We usually love staying here, but this time it was miserable. We were on the first floor with a high school baseball team staying above us on the 2nd floor. They made noise most of the night. My restful weekend turned into a sleepless night. Breakfast wasn't much better as it was difficult to even access the food with all the kids there. We didn't have all morning long to wait for food to be replaced so only was able to grab a banana. Should be better during the week, but not on weekends if you are planning to get any rest! The staff moved us to the 3rd floor the 2nd night, but was inconvenient to pack up everything, load into the car, and that evening to check in AGAIN and go through the entire process of unpacking and packing up the next morning. The staff never even offered a future nights free stay or even apologized. Seems they were more interested in accommodating every sports team in the area! We were told there wasn't much they could do about it. After this miserable weekend, we will be searching for another place to stay next time we are in Tyler. May 4, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel This is a great hotel if your in Tyler, not a lot of options in the area for a nice hotel. I have stayed at over 10 hotels in Tyler and this is one of the top. Location to the school is good but kind of out of the way for eating, shopping and things only about 5 miles or so but in Tyler that can take you a little time to drive. April 2, 2013
