Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best hotel experience I have ever had!! I have stayed in this hotel almost every week for a year and it is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I travel for work so have experienced many hotels. I checked other hotels in the Tyler area and never found one that was as nice, offered as much and accomdated my needs like Staybridge does!! Great staff as well! Very friendly! Make me feel at home when I arrive. Give it a try when you are in town! You will love it too!! March 5, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Too Close to the Pool First, I visit my in-laws to assist with medical appointments. This was the first time I was unable to use my father in law's debit card for my stay. I was looked upon as some type of thief even though I was a "reward member". Second, our room was near the pool. Tragic. Doors slamming, kids screaming, running down hallways....exhausting. It was diappointing as my previous stays were great, but I was always on the other side of the hotel. Never again..... March 1, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome looking Room When I first walked in it was like an apartment very well decorated. High end fixtures. This was a new property under 2 years old. My only complaint would be the pillows. They were very small and not comfortable which made us toss and turn all night. My bigest concern is that we forgot a very sentimental item in the room when we checked out. We noticed when we got home and I called that evening but it was not found. I even offered a reward but we never got the item back. The staff seemed very helpful and said they looked several times in the room. It just baffled me how it could not have been found when it was left in the room. We will stay at this chain again but leave special items in the car. February 1, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Manager Was Very Rude The hotel was extremely nice and clean. We had reservations made for about three weeks and paid in full, up front. However upon arrival we were told they did not have a King Suite for us. After several minutes, the manager was called. When we explained the problem to him he agreed his employee had messed up but said there was nothing he could do about it. I asked for our money back and he said he could not do that either. I told him to get somebody from headquarters on the phone, this was ridiculous to drive four hours to not have the room you booked and paid for in full. He was extremely rude and I told him I was going to complain about him, he didn't even care. He finally said he would bump somebody else and deal with them that night when they arrived. Then he told the lady at the front desk to go to our room and take out the welcome basket. lol unbelievable. when we came back down to go to our vehicle he was arguing with another customer about their bill which was wrong. his name is Mr. Patel, and has a lot to learn about his job. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Tyler--home away from home This hotel is just perfect for our needs! Since September 2012 we have stayed here at least 4 times for up to 5 days. Here on business, this place--and the staff--are very accommodating. We always get a handicap accessible room due to my needs and have been satisfied. I don't think I have ever experienced a staff so interpersonal, accommodating, and friendly--GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!! We love the breakfast and evening reception and the free use of the laundry room (has really fancy washers/dryers), as well as the outdoor area with a barbeque w/TV area for guests. Since I have been 'assigned' the Tyler area, this will definitely be our place to stay!!!! I have even told several colleagues about the place in hopes that they too will come and experience the place when they stay in Tyler. November 5, 2012

The rooms were super clean and the kitchen basically had everything I needed! (Pots, dishes, dishwashing detergent, cups, utensils, etc.) The restroom was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. I love how spacious it was. The breakfast had a good selection as well. The staff was polite. No complaints about this hotel. Will definitely stay here again when I'm in town. October 18, 2012

The coffee was delicious as well as the continental breakfast. The lobby area and the tv room are comfortable and roomy. There is a nice area out back for meeting/visiting/fresh air. Would absolutely return any time I stay in Tyler. October 15, 2012

The rooms are clean and comfy, the staff pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast is good and offers something for everyone, including the health conscious.
