Excellent location. Well maintained property. A bit noisy, but I sleep with earplugs. Front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and management were genuinely warm and welcoming.

Spend time at this hotel every month. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The evening socials make it easy to get something to eat if you don't want to go out.
Breakfast offering is a little lacking with little variety from one day to the next.

Loved the social hour and light dinners and breakfasts. Loved being able to exercise while my clothes washed and dried for free. Priced a little high for not wanting service for the week, but loved the room. Would have liked a courtyard view instead of freeway, but maybe next time. Didn't not mind seeing dogs about, but they should be limited to first floor and not allowed near the reception food areas. Petless people should be able to stay in a room they know has never had pets in it before. I was assured it was a not recent pet room, but when I went to the room it stunk just like a wet pet. Another gal put me in a room that was better. I like a place for those traveling with pets, but just like nonsmoking rooms they should only be in certain rooms and those who do not have should be able to stay pet and smoke free.

Very pet friendly facility, more so than virtually any other hotel I have stayed at. Overall, suites were large and well appointed. Very satisfied, and would gladly return to this facility at any future date.

I have stayed here before.The hotel is very nice.
This time, as a platinum member, i wasn't offered an upgraded room. I also wasn't offered a welcome package or 500 welcome points at check in. I had to ask for them during my stay, to receive the points.
I used the hot tub two different days. The first time I had to go to the front desk to have the gate unlocked.The second day there were no towels and I had to go to the front desk again!
No do not disturb sign in room. Had to call for one.
These are all minor things.
But, reflect poorly on management.

Other than the empty tequila bottle under the pullout couch, the heated pool that was closed, the few items at the breakfast buffet which tasted beyond their due date, the experience was very good.

I truly have to compliment Staybridge Suites for hiring and training some of the nicest people I have ever encountered during forty years of business and leisure travel. From top to bottom, everyone I came in contact with at this hotel was not only excellent at their job but was constantly trying to do MORE to make my stay as pleasant as possible. I can't wait to go back here again and again whenever I go to the Portland area.
