Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by OK for short stay The front desk staff could not be more friendly, but unfortunately, they're let down by the condition of the hotel. If you're expecting fast wifi with a constant connection, you're in for a nasty surprise! The connection is forever dropping and sometimes you can't connect for up to an hour at a time. When you do finally get connected, it's very slow and intermittent. There are some pluses; the free food for the 3 days per week is ok - it's a bit repetitive once you've been there more than a week and it's not exactly freshly cooked, but it's free. Overall ok, but a few minor changes would make it a whole let better. August 6, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by My Stay We had to stay in a smoking room, which they did air out before we stayed, but with the people walking down the halls smoking it didn't help much. When we got to our room it seemed clean, but all I had to do was look up and the smoke alarm was covered with dust. We also had issues with the refrigerator not cooling the freezer wouldn't even freeze, they had maintenance come and look at it, but all he did was make it warmer. When I looked at it myself and turned it to a lower temp and it started cooling the next day the maintenance person came back in a turned it back up to 6 and melted all of the ice and warmed all of my pepsi, which went flat, not able to drink, so I had to pour them out. I refixed the refrigerator back to a low temp and it started cooling again. Then two nights before we were going to leave I was running bath water and a big roach fell from the faucet. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful, the breakfast was very good, not enough places to sit , since a lot of the people that were only one would sit at the four person tables so when there is more in your party you would have to sit on a couch with a coffee table or sit in your room. I requested a wake-up call the first day, and they called, but on the second day I requested a wake-up call at 6:00 AM, but no one called I was all most late to my event. I told the person at the front desk and all she could say was sorry. Over all the things that happened, I still had a good stay, not great, but good. July 31, 2014

Rooms were exceptionally clean and well appointed, staff was accommodating and friendly, and the breakfast was bountiful enough that all the appetites in our group were satisfied :). Even though the hotel seemed packed - staff was eager to assist and treated us like family. I would highly recommend Staybridge Suites (West Chester) - Cincinnati North as a guaranteed delight for any guest!! July 28, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable beds.. not the best maintained pool The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean just outdated and extremely uncomfortable furniture in the living room. The pool area was poorly maintained smelled VERY strongly of chlorine (which is a BAD thing.. if you know anything about pools you know that you should never be able to smell chlorine) The hot tub did not work and my children had no towels to dry off with because they had been used and not restocked. The staff were all very friendly but not to helpful, we went to the front desk on our first night stay and ask for an extra blanket which we was told would be brought up to our room and after waiting for about an hour we finally just went to bed without one. (During our 2 day stay we was unable to get an extra blanket) The breakfast area was small and way overcrowded.. my family spent about an hour at breakfast and 45 mins of that time was spent waiting for food, most of the hot food was empty the whole time we was at breakfast and a very long wait to get anything. For the money spent to stay in a 2 bedroom suite I was not satisfied and probably would chose to stay at a different place in the future. July 15, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by family getaway we rarely get the chance to take our daughter to enjoy what others may consider the small things in life due to her health. we were lucky enough to have the oppurtunity this summer & got the chance. we found this wonderful hotel with great staff who went above & beyond in every aspect of what they advertise. she was welcomed, comfortable & they helped us find places for us to eat that could accomidate her diet. they also helped us locate activities & when they would have slower times. after we got home we relized we left behind something, they even searched for it & were willing to mail it to us if it was located. how many of you out there can say that about other places you have stayed? thanks for everything you made one little girl a lot of great memories & her parents very happy.. hope we can see you again someday.. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent place to stay while in Cincinnati Let me preface this. I am in a hotel 3 nights a week, every week. This is the first time I have felt compelled to publish a review. Recently my wife, daughter and daughters’ husband had the pleasure of spending 5 nights at this hotel. There are many positive things to love about the hotel; too many items to list all. Location: As we are physically active, the location was excellent. There are several restaurants within walking distance (or crawling if you stay at the pub too long!) A good number of walking trails, sidewalks and crosswalks make the trek easy. The hotel is very convenient to the highway and shopping as well. Property: The hotel grounds are immaculate, and well thought-out. The outside and interior common areas were pleasant places where we could spend time with the family. Staff: The staff here was excellent. We had an initial problem with our room at check-in, (The previous occupants extended their stay) this situation was handled very well, and very professionally. This hotel was the same as all the others we have stayed in that were Staybridge so it is great to know what we are going to get each time we book. Kitchen area in our suite was starting to show a little wear and tear and our ice maker did not work. However, the staff offered to replace it as soon as I informed them and got us enough ice for our immediate needs. We will be returning soon! June 4, 2014

The staff goes above and beyond, and they have always been accommodating. I love it because it is extremely quiet and has great amenities. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel is nice enough - Staff not very welcoming We were satisfied with the room - hotel was clean and comfortable and would be acceptable for a long term stay. We were there for a wedding and when we checked in and asked if they had an area where we could all hang out we were told that this was a party-free hotel and that quiet time was enforced everywhere in the hotel at 10:30 pm. We were also told that if people got loud the police would be called. The breakfast was not good at was not very hot, one waffle maker and took a good 20 minutes for the batter to be refilled when it was empty. May 21, 2014

Not one person has ever made me feel not welcome. I travel for business and have to leave my family at home and this hotel makes it easier for me to travel and be away from home. From the free dinners on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings and the alyaws delicious free breakfast I have enjoyed my every stay at the Satybridge. I especially enjoy the fitness center being open 24 hours a day, that is a convienence to say the least. The ONLY thing I would like to see changed, would be for them to upgrade their equipment in the fitness center, but THAT IS THE ONLY THING. Your staff is one of the best hotel staffs I have run into and this is the only hotel I will stay at when I come into town for meetings at our Hamiltin Ohio office. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice and friendly people stay at Staybridge I stayed at the Staybridge Cincinnati North for 2 weeks. It is a real nice property. The rooms were big and clean. I found the bed very comfortable and importantly the pillows were pretty good. In addition, the bathroom amenities are of a good quality. The property is located away form the interstate and industrial areas, so it was quite at night. I slept great. The best part was that the staff was very friendly and always asking if I needed anything. This attitude spilled over onto the other travelers. I met some great people from all different walks of life at the evening receptions. I will definitely stay here again when in the area. April 20, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not much attention to IHG Member Status I stayed at this property on 3 seperate occasions over a 4 week span for several nights on each stay. The first of these at check in, I wasn't offered the care package of snacks and water as most properties do, but I didn't think that much about it until I returned the next week and they did offer it to me with a choice of points or the goodie bag. I think that the property is very nice and comfortable but I didn't like the fact that the staff is indifferent to priority status. I make it a point to stay at your properties as I travel 95% of the year and you hotels for the most part make me feel like I am member of the family. This in no way reduces my thoughts of your hotels group but I will likely be looking more closely at the level of service I recieve in the future in regards to my priority status. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by One of the Best Hotels in Ohio From the moment I walked in the door I got a friendly welcome from Catherine who did a great job getting me booked in early and was a lovely chatty young lady telling me all i needed to know and as a Platinum Member upgraded me to a one bedroom suite, which was so comfortable with great living area and kitchen and separate bedroom. The Bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The fitness room was very good and the Indoor Pool and Spa area was excellent. A buffet breakfast was provided the following morning. In the evening James was on duty and again was an excellent member of staff and nothing was too much trouble. Free Wi-Fi was available and very speedy compared to other hotels. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to my friends. March 27, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Family Atmosphere I am a family of six and we all thought the hotel was a great place for a family. The rooms were very homely like could of maybe had a bigger trash can in kitchen. We really enjoyed this place had every amenity you could think of and offered many complimentary items (breakfast was hot and delicious) :) The only problem we had was being stuck on the elevator for about 15 min. but felt like forever especially when you have one kid that does like elevators to begin with so needless to say from then on we were taking the four flights of stairs everywhere. We did get a very nice letter of apologies. Overall great place to stay the swimming pool was great, but the hot tub was not very bubbly for some reason. There are always a few mishaps, but I am sure once these are taken care of this would be five stars for me. I have an upcoming trip in West Chester so I just may book again. March 18, 2014

However, we soon discovered many more positives about this hotel and will stay there every time we are in Cincinnati. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast is one of the best we have experienced. Amenities such as the exercise room, pool and hot tub add to the experience. There are many excellent restaurants near by and the hotel is in an excellent location. March 9, 2014
