Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Anniversary My stay was awesome. My wife and I have stayed at your hotel on 3 separate occasions and we love our visit their every time. When we come to Wilmington your hotel is the only choice for us. Keep up the good work. The only con on this stay was when we asked for a late check out the front desk manager voice tone wasn't very accommodating he only allowed us 30 minutes that's never happened to us before.. The fact that dinner was included the 2 nights we stayed was an unexpected bonus and gave us chance to socialise with other guest s. The hotel is modern comfortable very clean and conveniently situated. Would definitely stay here again and try other hotels in this chain September 16, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Stinky Staff My visit was for a girl's weekend. Upon arriving, the hotel looked nice and welcoming. But the non-smoking room we were initially given smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke and when I approached the front desk about switching rooms, they were rude and reluctant to give us a new room. A staff member wanted to "inspect" the room and as I stood there he sprayed every surface with Lysol and then told me that it isn't smoke we're smelling but cleaning products. He said he'd give us a new room "if it made me feel better." What?! Well, after we changed rooms, our visit improved. The beds were comfortable and we took advantage of the full kitchen in our room. I also liked the proximity to Wrightsville and downtown Wilmington. I'd consider staying at the hotel again for its amenities but I'd definitely avoid the front desk staff. September 12, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GREAT! I can't say enough good things about all of the staff at this hotel! EVERYONE went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, they all seem to really care! I stayed after my daughter had knee surgery, all of the staff were super understanding, asking about her each and every day etc. I asked for a quiet room and it was great she was able to sleep and recover in peace. the breakfast was great. It was a long stressful week and I could not have survived if not for the caring staff, I talked with them like they were friends. Thank you all!!! September 11, 2014
