Everything was great. Room was quiet, couldn't hear anyone else in nearby rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Staff in the dining area were superb!! They were always pleasant, kind and very helpful. Food was very good. Managers were also very kind. If I had to find a negative it would be that the pool water was not warm. Not sure if it's because it is a salt water pool as I don't know much about them. Overall, this place was awesome!

My mother, sister and I had to come to Wilmington while my father had emercency open heart surgery. Needless to say we were a bit stressed and worried. The room that we were given was a God-send. It was perfect for what we needed, and we were able to come "home" at the end of the day and be totally relaxed and know that there were no noisy neighbors to deal with OR any of the other "issues" that sometimes accompany living in a hotel room. It was comfortable, clean and the staff was exceptional. The manager, Gary, was absolutely fabulous. He took the time every day to ensure that we were all comfortable and didn't need anything, even the little insignificant things like stamps. He asked every day how my father was, never forgetting any detail. The small things matter, and when you are remembered like that daily, it makes a big difference. We felt secure in the thought that if there was anything we needed we could ask him and he would provide it, or give us assistance in getting it.
The breakfast that was provided daily was perfect with a great variety of items to chose from. Dinner time was excellent. I have to admit I have never stayed somewhere that provided that service. Again, the ability to come in at the end of a long day of waiting and not have to worry about getting take out or cooking for ourselves was fantastic.
I will be passing the information about Staybridge Suites to anyone who I know that has travel plans. Needless to say, if I ever have a choice again as to where to stay, Staybridge has my vote. Thank you to every one that had a hand in our stay with you. You were wonderful and we truly appreciate you.

This was the only place we could find a two bedroom unit, & we were not disappointed. The bedrooms were large although the living room was a little small. Overall, the layout of the room was nice. The staff was accomodating with all requests. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing with no meat provided other than sausage gravy. Overall, a very good experience with a very comfortable room.

I have spent over 60 days traveling in the past 6 months up and down the East Coast and stayed in many hotels. I am not one to take the time to write a review but this is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff was very friendly and ready to assist in every way. They made my stay most enjoyable.
The breakfast and manager's reception were a treat .

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the last year and I must say that the entire staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious and clean. I stayed in a one bedroom suite which had full size kitchen, two large LCD TVs, two queen size beds, and a sleeper sofa. Breakfast and Dinner (Monday to Thursday) are included with the room. Overall an exceptional experience. This hotel is very close to downtown and Wrightsville Beach. I definitely recommend this hotel for business or leisure travellers.

We have recently stayed at the Wilmington location 3 times & enjoyed every one. Rooms are very comfortable & inviting. The breakfast is delicious & gives us a jump-start on our day. We, unfortunately, have been unable to participate in the evening social time & meal, but feel sure this is a draw for many travelers. Maybe we will work this in our next stay. Recommending Staybridge in Wilmington will be a "YES" from us.

Very comfortable Bed and room, the only thing that was of any issue was the TV remote would not change chanels (we spent so little time in our room we did not bother to bring this up to the front desk, my mistake).

It could not have been better. Our room was clean, full service kitchen, large living room and bedroom, both with big screen TV's. Better than any luxury hotel I have stayed in. I'm sold. Would not hesitate to stay again. Also, staff helpful and friendly. Only thing is they have a limited breakfast on weekends but pull out all the stops during the week. Wish they had more on the weekend when one can take time and enjoy their breakfast.

I came to visit Wilmington the weekend after Thanksgiving. My 12 year old daughter and my dad came with me. We were celebrating my dad's 75th birthday. I didn't know what to expect because I had never stayed in a Staybridge Suites prior to this visit. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was immaculate. Everyone was so friendly from the people at the front desk to the housekeepers. The manager on duty called me ahead of time to let me know there was a little mix-up with the rooms, but they made it up by giving my dad his own room, which was even better! The rooms were so spacious and comfortable. They were stocked with everything you could possible think you might need. The breakfast the next morning was phenomenal! I believe the two ladies names were Stephine and Lisa? They were great! They made sure all of the items stayed stocked and they kept that area spotless!!!!! The location of the hotel was perfect. I didn't have to drive too far for anything, and that was my whole goal. I was born in Wilmington, but I haven't visited in over 30yrs. I'm glad Staybridge made my visit a wonderful experience. I can't wait to come back soon very soon. And my dad said that was the best time he has had in a very long time. I came back to work and told all on my co-workers and friends about Staybridge. Staybridge will be my hotel of choice now when I am traveling. Thanks again for everything!

still the best value in Wilmington. Did find some leftover toothpaste in my shower though. Pet fee has gone up, so I suggest leaving rover in a kennel.

Everything was great! After spending 20+ years in the military, I've had to stay in numerous hotels and motels. This hotel was great. The staff were friendly, helpful, and familiar with the area. The suite was great. My older brother also enjoyed the hotel. I would recommend this facility to friends or people visiting Wilmington as the place to stay.

First time staying here....This hotel was recemmended by friends and we were not disappointed with our stay. The bed was comfortable and enjoyed a good night's sleep......Will certainly be staying here again!

The hotel was great. Not sure how long it had been opened, but it seemed very new during our stay in April 2012. The staff was very helpful. I will stay here again during my next trip to Wilmington.
