    I have stayed at this hotel two different times this year. I will not return. I prefer the Staybridge brand and drove out of my way to stay here while working at the Ford plants in the area. I have never had a good nights sleep here. This is the loudest hotel I have ever stayed at. I could here a baby crying that was 2 rooms away. It sounded like the kid was in the hallway outside my door. I spend about 200 nights a year on the road. I have experienced an issue every time I stayed here( at least 4 different stays over the last 3 years) that I have never experienced anywhere else. The issue is alarm clocks in vacant rooms waking me up. I am not sure if housekeeping shuts of alarms when guest check out, but they should.
    There are other issues like the doors do not fit right in frames. They shut the water off for repairs without notifying anyone. This would not have been an issue if I had not used toilet.
    This is just a poorly ran hotel that I have given 4 chances, but it has failed each trip.

    Comfortable bed and great social

    The Staybridge Suites in Louisville-East is a very nice hotel. The staff is fantastic! The rooms were very nice and the bed was comfortable. The social is offered from Tuesday through Thursday and is very welcoming. It offers a salad, bread, soup and a choice of beers.
    The only negative point is that you only receive 5 priority club points for every dollar spend instead of 10 points at other IHG hotels.
