    I'm glad I chose the Staybridge Suites in Springfiedl for my business travel. The staff was very friendly, the room was very comfortable and the breakfeast had a wide variety of good food.

    Good hotel for business

    I did not use the kitchen but the breakfast and T-Th appetizers were quite convenient and appreciated. Comfortable bed. Only compliant was of a noisy heating unit outside the window. Great staff.

    Great facilities horrible booking experience

    I book for the executive board of my organization and it took me 5 phone calls to get my reservations corrected. From incorrect dates to number of rooms it just kept getting worse the more I tried to correct it. While always friendly on the phone I got the feeling that my requests were not even recorded once the call was ended, much less taken care of.

    The guys all said the accommodations were nice, the food was good and staff was friendly enough, but I will not be using this hotel again because of the ridiculous amount of work it took to get the booking correct.
