    Hotel is being remodeled and looks good! Patio out back has very comfortable seating and is a great place to relax.

    Excellent Room Comfort and Breakfast

    Room has all the amenities that are needed and it is clean and new. Nice interior furnishing especially the king size bed and fluffy pillows which I really enjoy sleeping on. Appreciate very much the breakfast spread that was provided tirelessly by the morning shift staff.

    Great that the last gm was changed out. New gm is much better.
    Other staff members who stand out: Martha at the front desk + Alma for the breakfast service. Both are truly excellent.

    Not good: room interior is getting old and worn. Too long without a refurbishment. Spots on furniture, ratty looking.
    Not good: housekeeping should be upgraded. Guest has no idea what is supposed to get done. Examples: Vacuuming happens sporadically. Is that an accepted protocol? Sheets get changed more than once per week. Overall housekeeping effort seems spotty. Housekeepers are nice though. So not sure what the cause of all this is. Cost cutting or what?
