Renovations needed. Good for the price
I've stayed at multiple Holiday properties. This one is great for the overpriced Chicago price, but would be considered overpriced in a cheaper location. Rooms need major renovation. The newest thing
in the past few year s has to be the flat screen tvs.
The A/C units need major updates. No thermostat in the room. Simply a cold/colder wam/warmer setting. I keep my room at 68 and it definitely did NOT ever get that cold.
Furniture and carpet all needs ripped out and replaced.
Sleep quality was good and I didn't hear any noise from my neighbors or above me.
Overall, you can't beat this for $100 a night. Sure, it needs full updates. The hotel is clean though and gives you a solid night of sleep. [Less]
