I was a little disappointed that I wound up on the third floor instead of the the top floor as some of my communication with the hotel led me to expect, as my neighbor overhead was sometimes
disturbing, though not at odd hours or anything like that.
On the other hand, the breakfast was better than the publicity had led me to expect - you might want to expand the description there!
Disturbances from outside the hotel were minimal, the air conditioner was quiet enough, the staff was fine. I didn't jot down any names, but they were all helpful, including one young man on the front desk my last morning who gave me the name and number of Laclede Cab Co. to use in Missouri; their driver appeared quickly and expertly drove two of us from St. Louis to Lambert Airport when we were ready.
I would have liked to air out my room in the morning, but I realize that windows that open may let in noise as well as fresh air if they don't close tight, and late in the day when I returned it was better. [Less]
