understood my frustration and help me with my stay. We were very appreciative of David for how he handled the situation. I do not know how I would have dealt with me, since I was just so irrational. the leadership team at this location should know, employees like David set a very high unprecendented standard for customer service, and it is appreciated. David should be an essential part of the leadership team that he is able to calm the storm, problem solve, own a solution (that technically had nothing to do with this hotel chain).
