I booked at candlewood last minute, the night before my stay. We were going to a pageant over the weekend and needed a room, but had to be a good price. I was between candlewood and holiday inn and
holiday inn costed more and didn’t have a kitchenette. A few people said at that price it probably wouldn’t be very nice, and the exterior wasn’t very fancy. The interior and halls all were fairly simple and we were getting a little nervous, but when we opened the room door our eyes lit up and we were awestruck! It was so nice me and my niece both pulled out our phones we had to video this room and show everyone! We were back and forth to the hotel, or our apartment as we called it since this was way more than a basic hotel. We felt so at home, we didn’t feel like anything was unclean or scared to let my 12 month old run around touching stuff like I would at some hotels. We truly didn’t want to leave after only two nights.
The service is great, check in at anytime, I asked what time check out was for and she told me she could put me down for late check out at 1 instead of the regular 11. My niece who is 14 went to see about milk and discovered the lending locker, where we could get games and movies to use for free!! The internet was so fast, we both were on WiFi and had no issue with FaceTime or Facebook messenger calls and we used internet without any lagging. I told everyone at the pageant about the great hotel and on our next adventure I’m hoping a candlewood hotel is where we are going. [Less]
