Latest New York City Hotel Reviews

Great location for a week of work
By Schevchenko
That place is located at 5 min from the PATH. So easy connection to NYC. And 10 min walk from another office where I could work during that week. It makes my life easy!!! Staff extremely polite and [More] prompt to positively reply to your request. [Less]
Comfortable bed, room cleanliness but not get IHG benefits
By KalpeshM
Good experience but I didn't get the IHG Member benefit like welcome snack or breakfast or anything welcome gift if there is any. though I convey my IHG reward membership number. I was expecting [More] something more. but that didn't happen. [Less]
Nice Hotel
By RJain
Hotel is nice with the rate they offer. Having Kitchenette as well. [Less]
Nice airport hotel
By JMFAA
Overall a nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and I .got a good nights sleep. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The shuttle is reliable and runs every 20 minutes to the airport so it is [More] very convenient. My only complaint is the wireless internet is slow and I often was not able to connect. [Less]
Very Good
By Dzeym
Have stayed here three times and never had any problems. Will stay here again. P.S. You should try the cheesecakes on their cafe/shop. A little pricey but very tasty. :) [Less]
Stay, Park and Fly Changed
By CandMRob
We used to Stay, Park and Fly but now we just stay and park at the Airport. Parking used to be factored into the room price for up to 10 days, now it's only 5 days and after 5 days, it's $15/day. [More] That's steep considering we parked at Wally Park for $7.95/day. It's a nice hotel but if I find another place that less expensive on our next trip, there's nothing to keep me at Crowne Plaza except loyalty points. Checking in was crazy. We didn't even get to the middle of the lobby and the guy was yelling for our last name and id and credit card. I asked if it was ok to take a second to put my things down. Rush and no one was there. Missed the aromatherapy kit that they used to give out. I wonder if they stopped that too. [Less]
Good hotel located close to the airport
By Jcmckay23
My Wife and I were really only there to sleep. We didn't use any of the extras like work-out room or swimming pool, but the staff was top notch. We had to grab a breakfast plate to go in order to [More] make our flight, but the food was good. [Less]
Pleasant stay
By Catldy47
Hotel was lovely. Staff was accommodating. However, an item that I was expecting in my room was not there nor was it delivered before I left. But, the front desk manager did apologize for the [More] oversight and did offer me extra points in lieu of the item. They made several attempts to contact me but I had no cell phone service so I received an email apologizing for the miscommunication. I have to say that the shuttle bus service from JFK is much too difficult to navigate for someone like me traveling alone and needing mobility assistance. After I called the hotel from the airport however, and explained that I was wheelchair assisted, they did accommodate me. Thank-you for that! [Less]
My New York Sanctuary
By Spaceage
Each time I am in New York and am flying out, I book my last night at this Holiday Inn. The reason I continue to return is because I feel quite at home here. The hotel is small, intimate, and [More] friendly. The staff I've encountered are always polite and helpful. My stay here has always allowed me to unwind and prepare for whatever destination I'm going to encounter when I leave. After running about in the City of New York, this place is great to unwind. I will always book this inn as long as it remains. The INN highlights my last day before leaving the city of my birth so I can let go and leave in good spirits.. [Less]
