Hotel was lovely. Staff was accommodating. However, an item that I was expecting in my room was not there nor was it delivered before I left. But, the front desk manager did apologize for the
oversight and did offer me extra points in lieu of the item. They made several attempts to contact me but I had no cell phone service so I received an email apologizing for the miscommunication.
I have to say that the shuttle bus service from JFK is much too difficult to navigate for someone like me traveling alone and needing mobility assistance. After I called the hotel from the airport however, and explained that I was wheelchair assisted, they did accommodate me. Thank-you for that! [Less]
