Very professional and polite
Excellent and convenient to Airport. Staff willing to talk about any problems regarding your stay and willing to work out a compromise to satisfy customer. Only real issue is to be VERY SURE YOU[More] UNDERSTAND EXACTLY WHERE TO BE PICKED UP by HI SHUTTLE AT THE AIRPORT FOR YOUR RETURN TO HOTEL!!! Staff was not clear and never realized that the reason we were not ever picked up (waited 1.75 hours in middle of night in 90 degree humid heat) was because "GREEN" sounds like "GREY" in noisy airport and to be in the LOWEST LEVEL for pick up, Not just the passenger pick-up and taxi area - as the signs in airport indicate![Less]
From the moment we walked we were greeted with a smile. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Plus I love all the extra pillows I had on my bed. Breakfast was great, a variety of healthy food[More] offered.[Less]
Great Staff, Comfortable Room
Great Price, Room, Food, Staff, Great location. I would recommend Dfw-Grapevine to friends and family. I've booked a room @ the Holiday Inn Express in Lafayette, La. Looking forward to checking in.[Less]
Convenient to airport
The convenience to the airport and ease of using the shuttle make this a great place for us. The room did have a strange smell, and if we were staying more than one night I would have let them know[More] and moved. But, they appeared to have a water/flooding problem, so maybe it was a building wide smell? We did not notice it in the lobby/breakfast area. The pool was very nice with sun and shady areas.[Less]
Clean rooms, great service! Doesn't have a good business center. But overall great place to stay![Less]
I think this location was within reach of every place we had planned to go.It was perfect, service was great, staff was friendly, the housekeepers were super helpful ! Even during the breakfast area[More] being crowded, everything was replenished in a timely matter..
I will definitely choose this hotel on my next stay![Less]
Everything was good except the internet service cut off and I really needed it. The front desk manager said there was nothing she could do about it.[Less]
