Relaxing remodeled property and great service
By Passenger68
This property is updated for max comfort for the business traveler. My room did not feel like a standard hotel room, rather it felt like an apartment with high end finishes. I will definitely return [More] if I am in the area again. [Less]
Staff at the hotel
By Sue C 44
What a pleasant experience. The staff was unbelievably helpful and tried to make the experience extra special. If you need to stay in a hotel in Dallas, consider the Staybridge Suites in Dallas-Las [More] Colinas. You will be pleasantly surprised. [Less]
Nice hotel. Nothing fancy. Good breakfast
By Peter's Travel evals
Nice hotel. Nothing fancy. Good breakfast including eggs and waffles and oatmeal and fruit..AC/heater unit has hidden door that is tricky to find to make adjustments. Had to call desk to learn about [More] secret door on unit to cool room off. Saturday check in was with unfriendly desk clerk. Sunday's clerk was better. Fridge and microwave in room is very nice. Best Holiday Inn Express I've ever been to.
By RobertS32
First, cost was great. I have a family of 4, 2 kids 5 and 3, so we got the suite, and the price was amazing, comparable to most regular rooms. Next, the breakfast which for me is rarely edible, I [More] usually eat cinnamon buns and a peanut butter sandwhich, I actually was able to eat the pancakes, and the lady who was running the breakfast bar was the sweetest person, so she probably made the food somewhat enjoyable. I rarely sleep good in hotels, especially sharing the bed with small children, but the rooms were very comfortable. So in short it was the best holiday inn express I have stayed in. I usually always stay in Holiday Inn Expresses because they are always consistent, and I know exactly what I am going to get. [Less]

By steven8400
HOTEL looked NEW. best bed I have had at a hotel in quite some time. lots of choices for breakfast, not the best not the worst, just average. but the room was awesome. I had difficulty with the [More] direct TV but finally got it to work. very quiet the night I was there. the workout room was small but adequate. great access to highway and getting around that area [Less]
Texas Hospitality
By adifferentnickname
Flying from NC to DFW on Delta resulted in one missing piece of luggage; therefore, rented a car and made our way to the Holiday Inn North-Fossil Creek. I was greeted by the front desk personnel with [More] a welcoming smile and voice. After explaining our luggage fiasco, the staff assured me they would take care of my wife's luggage upon arrival from DFW. Later that afternoon and evening we attended the Ft. Worth Stockyard Rodeo. When we arrived back in our room, there was my wife's luggage waiting patiently on her to lighten the load. Had a hard time adjusting the room temperature but this was not a big issue for me, probably it was more me than the thermostat. Enjoyed our time very much. [Less]
Nice Hotel.
By chels15
There was some mix up of the rooms (they overbooked with someone else when we requested the jaccuzi suite way in advance) but overall we ended up with free complementary breakfasts and about 50% off [More] our stay. If were to ever go back to Fort Worth area- will definitely consider staying. Mistakes happen and we appreciate them doing the best they could for our stay after the mixup. The Wifi was a little slow. Has a nice pool [Less]
Great Service and Accommodations
By wheelinon2
Don't hesitate to check with sales management for special arrangements. They were very willing to accommodate a small group to minimize our expenses for a business meeting. Staff was very courteous, [More] friendly and helpful. Accommodates clean, modern and inviting. [Less]
