Traveling for business where the "job" was to be billed & I was reassured of such upon check in. However, about 2 days in to my stay of a 4 night stay, my personal debit card (provided ONLY for the
initial online reservations & incidentals upon arrival) was charged in it's entirety! Of course, I was upset, but the manager, Nicole, not only made the reversal of charges (& even contacted my bank prior to 8am, to ensure it was an immediate reversal), but she surprised me with a token of her sincere apology upon my return to my room & made sure my debit information was removed in its entirety. Nicole and her staff went above & beyond the call of duty to correct their error! Before the correction was made, I was considering changing my reservation to another hotel, as well as cancelling my upcoming trip back to Austin for future business travel. Due to the vigilant efforts of Nicole and her staff, not only did I complete my reservation for the remainder of the week, but I have booked future stays as well as encouraged my co-workers to stay at this location.
In addition to Nicole and the front desk staff, Kathy of the dining facilities went out of her way to make every person feel welcome at both the evening social and the breakfast meal. I watched & heard her speak to customers the first night, whom obviously were regulars, as she asked about their training and their family as if she was quite familiar with them. Kathy's sincerity was apparent! After speaking to Kathy one time, she was more than friendly...and she remembered me each day/meal in which I returned! She and I talked as if we've known each other for years! Kathy makes everyone feel so comfortable as if they (we) are family!
The Staybridge Suites @ Parmer Lane is Blessed to have these two ladies as the face of this establishment!
