What began as a horrific experience for us at the Candlewood Suites on Greenville Ave. in Dallas was quickly transformed into pleasantry and appreciation toward General Manager Renea Albanna and her
staff. When learning of our frustrations, she immediately sprang into action, providing us with a nice clean room, honoring our Platinum Elite membership status with an upgrade, and making us feel valued as guest at Candlewood Suites and loyal IHG members. We cannot thank her enough for her special attention and refreshing, kind demeanor. IHG should promote her to a regional manager position so she can help train local managers on how to be their best.
