The bed and linens were clean and crisp. Check in and check out was excellent and Natoya was very welcoming, even with a late check in.
The hotel was very affordable and the cleaning regimen reflects this. The hotel room was very humid and musky. The bathroom tub had film on it and the toilet didn't flush well. The carpet was damaged and dirty. It was a situation where you get what you pay for. That being said, it was a deal and the staff was very friendly. There was also a good tv and a kitchenette.

Trading continental breakfast for a stove top in the room is sometimes worth it. Didn’t even use the stove but I really liked not having to crouch to use microwave or fridge

Excellent location, easy access to expressway and eating locations. Clean, friendly staff and will be staying at this location again on future travels.

We have stayed at many candlewood suites and this was by far the most run down.
Rooms smelled of cigarettes mattress was wore out. Chair missing chunks of material .
Told staff and they said management was aware of the issues and had no plans of fixing it.
Outdated and worn out.

The room amenities are extremely outdated. Not many options to charge electronics. Furniture is worn out. The bathroom was poorly maintained down to the toilet seat which was coming apart.
Great room and price. Would have liked a continental breakfast option.

This hotel is at a great location. The front desk staff was very helpful with what to do and where to go in town for relaxation and entertainment. The room was nice with the kitchenette. The only con (and not a big one) was no breakfast option.

I was in Conway because my brother was very ill. I chose Candlewood inn and suites to stay at. The hotel staff were very helpful and kind. My husband and I enjoyed a great night's sleep and it wasn't noisy like a lot of hotels are. Thanks to the small kitchen in our room, we were able to save money by cooking meals and that also allowed us to spend more time with my brother and not on waiting list to be seated at a restaurant. Thank you Candlewood inn and suites for making a difficult time in our lives a little easier to go through. Margery Schoolcraft

Every employee I met and interacted with had a fantastic attitude. The hotel lobby smelled fantastic. (It actually smelled like my favorite incense)! The hotel was very accommodating when I needed to blackout my windows in order to rest (we’re nocturnal, lol). Best value I’ve found in the area.
As a side note, carpets need to be deep cleaned, too.

Hotel is old. Room was not real clean. Chair was peeling like a bad sunburn. The drawers were full of bugs, the toilet was cracked. The tub was split down the middle. Just gross.
