Last minute and very pleased

After a long few days of flying in from overseas and then driving 4 hours I needed a room. It was the night before Thanksgiving and I called and was pleased how friendly and helpful the two different people were I talked with being I was making a reservation for same night and had to call back to make the final reservation . It was going to be a late check in and they made notes about it and was very helpful by being knowledgeable and being able to answer every question I had. We ended up staying a extra night with no problems when extending our stay. Looking forward to staying again.

The staff was very courteous and considerate. I had driven all night and had a funeral to attend within a couple of hours. Instead of giving me a hard time about my check in time, they found a room for me immediately! I really appreciated that!

We were in process of moving and had a big truck and trailer. We arrived very stressed and tired. They allowed us to park out front and we moved it to the back the next day. That meant a lot. We stayed 4 days because our closing on house was delayed and they allowed the big truck to take up about 6 parking spots. We are not truck drivers and couldn’t back that big truck.

Came for a wedding with family and very glad I got great customer service at Candlewood. Everyone was on point from the time of check in until departure.
Love that I had access to a full equipped kitchen with everything there needed. Even in the bathrooms, set up nice with shampoo and conditioner. I just appreciate you making me feel at home.

My stay was great with only one problem of my doing, not asking for a handicap room. Otherwise, I was pleased with my visit.

Very spacious bathroom and bedroom. Beds were very comfortable. Called because I knew I was going to be later than expected and the staff was very friendly.

The staff was very friendly. Our room had a very musty smell and could have been a bit cleaner. Hotel is older and could use a few upgrades. Would have been nice to have more than just hazelnut creamer for your coffee. The staff is what made this stay.
