Our hotel is conveniently located just off I49 at exit 62. The property is surrounded by many eating and shopping spots to include: Wal-Mart, Starbucks, Jimmy's Egg, Slim Chickens, Subway, KFC, Braums, Con Quesos Fusion Tacos, Whataburger, Chick-fil-A, and Blue Top Liquor. We are just minutes from the University of Arkansas Razorback's Campus and Football & Baseball fields and Track. We are only 27 miles from Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA).
Our spacious rooms offer amenities suited for all travelers but especially the long term, extended stay guest. There's a kitchen in every room that feature a full sized refrigerator with an ice maker, two burner stove, microwave, dishwasher and all cookware and tableware needed. You will need your laundry detergent, but you won't need any quarters. My wife and daughter frequently travel and
Stay in hotels. One thing that stands out a lot is customer service. Other than the lack of that this hotel was great the room was awesome and clean, although the bathtub was not able to be plugged for a bath.

We had major issues with the hotel staff and management regarding the shuttle that delivers and picks up for U of A football games. I spoke with both an attendant and management and both were unwilling to help and all together rude. We frequent the Fayetteville area but will not return here!

All in all it is a good hotel to stay at. It was close to where I needed to be, the hotel does not have a breakfast but a nearby restaurant will give you a pretty good breakfast for $5.00
