I stay at this hotel because it used to be apart of the IHG family but the manager told me it is no longer a part of Holiday Inn. There is a big concern for COVID but not so much a big concern to clean the rooms. At least that was my experience. The TV was very small I actually have a computer monitor at my desk that is larger.

Staff was very friendly at check in/ check out. Clean rooms and was great with distance and safeness due to Covid.
First Time at Candlewood Suites

We have never stayed at a candlewood suites before and now we are glad we found this place. It was very clean and the room was nice. The bed was even pretty comfy. It had a full kitchen which would be great for someone staying for a while. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this place.

Hotel and staff were nice had the fire alarm go off once in the middle of the day with the staff not responding to it at all. The staff smoke out back and they leave the back door open so they don't have to use there key. Also women office (may be manager) complain about kids "running" down the hall at 11:30 in the afternoon.

I was delighted the staff saw to it that I got a room next to my sister. However it was for disabled. I’m 5’11. So all accommodations were short to me.
My microwave never worked and I did not have a coffee maker in my room. All of these issues were reported but nothing happened. It’s a nice property, but could be better managed.
The Direct TV list it’s signal several times, and we also had a 1-2 hour black out during our stay.

The only issue I had was very low water pressure in the shower. Other than that ,had a great experience.

Room was clean and in general well maintained. Bathroom fixtures were poorly installed and loose...I wondered if they would be damaged by normal use.
Front desk staff could use better training and supervision.

Happy with this hotel because it allowed my pet and the rooms were clean with a full kitchen and very conveniently located
