The front desk staff were very helpful and tried to accommodate our affiliates request for a room change. There was nothing comparable on the first floor available and they reviewed our choices. There were no queen double occupancy available on the 1 st floor. We were thankful for their search, but we kept what I had booked and all was well. The room was spacious and clean. The mattress was comfortable and the down pillow was heaven.

The rooms were great. For the value you get such a spacious room with a nice kitchenette area to give you more flexibility with your trip. The staff somehow gave our room to someone else and didn't know they were in the room. The person inside was not happy. We were quickly given a new room, but after some time to think it over this situation could have been very dangerous and we were freaked out at checkin. The measly points we were given at checkout now seem like an insult for what we went through.

The room was quiet and comfortable, and having the kitchen appliances available was a plus. The temperature was easy to set, and the TV was easy to use as well.
