Apparently hotel was under a renovation. Paint was not complete. It rained all night and there was a loud dripping noise outside the window from the rain.

This was our second stay here while visiting Hot Springs. Our 1st visit was great so it was a no question where to stay this time and we'll be back. The staff was very friendly and the bed was so comfortable.

I like the location, the staff and had a clean room, but the mattress was very lumpy. I had traveled all day and was extremely tired or I would have requested another room. I never said anything to staff.

I had a problem with my card on file! When they called during the day to get my card switched they were having computer problems! When i called in the evening i was put on hold for 17 min just to be told no she couldnt do it over the phone!

We had a queen room but really needed a king sized bed. When we arrived the front was nice and clean staff was very nice. When we got to our room it looked cleaned but then we noticed something on table like coffee or something was spilled on it but dry, also the drinking glasses were not clean.

Jaime and the entire staff were awesome and I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was really good and the property was clean, safe, quiet and relaxing. Everything was very up-to-date and clean.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 4 nights at this property.
The staff was incredible! Jaime, the recently promoted Manager, is incredibly friendly, outgoing and trying to assure the guests are enjoying their stay.
I lost my notes with the names of the other wonderful staff at this hotel, however, everyone was friendly and very kind.
I highly recommend this hotel!

My room was very clean, well stocked, cozy, and quiet! I would 10/10 stay here again. The bed was super comfortable as well. The staff was super friendly, always spoke to us. The hotel cupboard was stocked well with decent prices.

I have stayed at this property many times in the past and the staff is always friendly, rooms are clean and its in a great Location for Hot Springs!
