1st room the AC didn't work, retrieved keys to another room, that room was occupied :-0 When finally given a room it was dated and dingy

Stayed here en route north. Very nice staff. Hotel was quiet and bed was comfortable. Needs updating, even if that is just cleaning better and some caulking. Everything worked and I'd stay again.

I’m familiar with the hotel the staff is nice and the suite very clean and everything is good I came every year I’m very pleased with this stayed so I came with my kids they like the area
Dirty and run down, did not feel safe

We stayed at this property several years ago and it was fine. Upon arriving this time it was clear the hotel has not been kept up. Our room was dirty and run down. There was no indication that there had been any deep cleaning of this room and the state of the room left us no confidence. The last hotel we stayed in gave us great confidence cleaning was enhanced and we felt safe. Would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially right now.

We had two rooms for our family, in one room the refrigerator did not work at all, in the other it barely worked

It’s good for a one night stay. The staff was nice and this location is clean. Needs some updating. Great pillows.

Staff was very friendly and the rooms was nice. Bathroom had a few things like the faucet wasn’t on the wall good so ya had to watch it. Other then that everything was great

I found hair on the bed stand and hair on the bathroom floor that was not my own. The staff was great and check in was really good. The room seemed okay (bed made nice, bathroom prepped nice, room in perfect order), however it seems the room was only quickly cleaned since there was notable hair left in the room. Normally that wouldn't bother me, but with COVID happening, it got me feeling uncomfortable. It was not to par with normal Candlewood Suites expectations. I choose CWS because I wanted a better/cleaner experience, but was let down a bit.

This hotel stinks, the entire hotel reeks of the hibachi restaurant next door. Plus they collect guest trash at the elevator so that stinks as well. Elevator smelled like different food/cigarettes everyday. Shower curtain rod was falling off the wall, so the shower curtain did not work

Though the place was a good price and supposedly "newly renovated" the place was decaying. they didn't have the two layers for the shower to keep water from going out of the tub onto the floor. they towel rack was literally hanging off the wall about to fall only to be kept alive by the edge of 2 small screws. there was a weird smell on the floors getting out of the elevator like someone had spilled something and never cleaned it up. The night front desk person didn't wear a mask and other people that didn't wear a mask weren't told to do so. I believe there needs to be better renovations and stricter policies for keeping everyone safe.
